Bought a Nautique GS22 from Jeremy. He is the nicest guy! No sales pressure, just an honest and courteous individual. Rockingham not only got me a great boat, but took care of me regarding a later mishap when I hit a log, on only the second trip out, and helped me out on storage during the winter. Anthony was stellar in the service department as well. Highly recommend. Great people! If you are in the Tri-Cities area and need a great boat, great service and great people to look after it when you are not using it, Rockingham is the place. They even gave me transportation back and forth from my own dock in a dual outboard Manitou Pontoon. What an experience! Cant beat service like this.

The boat purchase was great but we have been waiting for an iou item they owe us for months now. Always an excuse, its in the mail, its been ordered etc. We just want what was promised to us.

Had some work done on my boat, everyone was very nice. I work during the week, so they came out on a Saturday just for me to drop off my boat. Excellent service, nice and courteous, made sure all my questions were answered and my needs met. Double thumbs up, great job guys, and girls.

Ashley was great getting everything coordinated, from getting our boat pulled out of the slip and put on our trailer. To making sure all necessary supplies were ordered in time for the work to be done and then keeping me in the loop when the repairs would be completed. Weve had a great experience with all aspects of Rockingham Marina and Sales. We purchased a boat in the spring of 2020. It was serviced and delivered on time to the marina as promised. In the fall when we discovered we needed another mooring cover pole they ordered and delivered it to the marina quickly free of charge. I would definitely recommend Rockingham Marina Sales and Service.

I bought my 2018 Manitou from Rockingham Marina. Great friendly service! The best part is they do what they say, especially when it comes to service. They pick up my pontoon at our agreed upon time for winter service and storage and return it in early spring within 15 minutes of our agreed upon time. My place is 45 minutes by truck and trailer from Rockingham Marina..

Would not recommend, the people that work there are not professional and if you lose something they wont let you find it and if you try they will kick you off the property

Great sales experience, TJ kept us informed every step of the way. Due to COVID-19 the boat showed up on time, but we had to wait for the engine. We bought a pontoon boat last week. The process was relatively smooth. Our salesman was new on the job and it showed but still it was good. He just wasn’t very knowledgeable when we had questions. I’m sure he will get better with time :) I would recommend them and would purchase from them again.

We had a great experience buying a boat online from Rockingham Marina in Johnson City Tennessee. Living in Texas, why would we get a boat from Tennessee? Because we found the best deal with just the boat we wanted. We had searched online in 8 states and Rockingham gave us the best deal and worked very hard to earn our business. Jeremy Hood bent over backwards working with us adding all the options we wanted and getting the boat shipped to our town. He responded to all my texts and phone calls promptly, even through a holiday or times when the dealership was closed. Thank you Jeremy for all you have done to work out the minor details and always making me feel welcome to call!

Dillon sold us our first pontoon boat and he was amazing! Super easy to work with, answered all of my many questions and made the process smooth! Super peaceful and relaxing, we enjoyed watching the water a lot. Theres definitely something special about it and the wildlife is most interesting. We watched a few types of birds flying about over head. Several boats were pulling people on inter tubes and it appeared there were several jets skiing as well. Most certainly a great place for children and adults alike. We did see people from very young to old there. Theres a huge ramp from the top to the bottom, but it is steep. We observed those in wheelchairs going down backwards to slow the momentum a bit. Overall, very nice place!

Todd’s food is incredible, new docks. Fair slip prices. Best salesman in the area. Make you feel like family! Bought a boat from Dillon and kept it at the marina. Best choice of my life! Love Rockingham Marina!

Avoid go else were there are other boat rentals that hold true to there word and guotes. Then this place their food is 8 buck for a baloni sandwich 4 dollars a gallon of fuel avoid the other boat rentals in the tricity area are way better and trustworthy

We have kept our boat at Rockingham Marina since 2011. The service has always been great and they really care about their customers and treat them well. Owners and staff keep the docks and bathrooms extremely clean and the onsite cafe offers up delicious food, both hot and cold options. We have used this marina for all of our boat regular spring and winter maintenance as well as any needed repairs. Always a job well done! Thank you, Rockingham Marina, for always taking such great care of our boat and us!!

Its a super clean boat dock where families can come an have fun. The owner Doug Sams is a nice but that will help in anyway. Along with the boat mechanic an marina manager Landon the is nice an will help u in anyway he canThe fishing here is awesome. Me an my husband Ty Bowling have a house boat here an love it.

Was a bit disappointed. I got the battered chicken strips and they were more like out of a bag of frozen strips from Walmart. The fries were OK, but a small portion. Overall I would be hard pressed to go back.

The marina is alright. The main problem is the terrible parking arrangement, which is built on extreme terrain and doesnt have enough room.

Theyll answer the first time you call, but once they have your boat its extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. I had my boat up there for 3-4 months. Had to take it back to them the day I picked it up, they had it another 2 weeks, and its still not running.

Such a beautiful family experience!

People were crude and they messed with my clothing and made me late for work.
