Worthless warranty, 3 year old water heater installed brand new in new construction, all they offer to send is parts, I pay shipping, have already had electrician and plumber service, still have to pay a plumber to install the parts they send ( likely not even the cause of the issue) - at this point would have been cheaper to buy a new one from a company with better quality products that actually has a usable warranty. We own and manage over 100 units and will never buy this product again.

Im sure they wont respond to this. Do not buy American Water Heaters. There was one that was less than 3 years old in the house when we moved in and it failed completely within a few weeks. Water all over the garage. The warenttee was still in effect so I replaced it, only to have the element burn out, then a month later the whole thing took a dump... 2 of the same brand American Water Heater. This time I replaced it with a Reem, more money but why keep making the same mistake over and over again.

Tell the girl that works here and drives the dark navy blue Honda that she needs to leave for work earlier. Then she wont have to pass people on a double yellow line and do 50 mph in a 25 mph speed zone.

Do not I repeat Do Not Buy anything from these people as there Warranty is not any Good and its not worth what you have to go thru if it doesnt work because I been without hot water going on 2 months Tennessee
