Good food! Love it there, except the employee touched the piece of cookie cake I asked for with her bare hands as she got it out of the case. I work in food and we’re never supposed to do that

Just wanted to give some praise for the excellent customer service at the Johnson City Mall location. My husband picked up a 16 cookie cake for my birthday this morning, I cut a small slice for me and our toddler at lunch, and then our toddler dropped the entire thing face-down on the floor trying to carry the box to ask for another piece. My mother went to order another one explaining what happened and they replaced it for FREE. She explained repeatedly that this wasnt the stores fault and she didnt expect them to do this however they insisted. So, thank you to the employees/manager working the store today for exceptional customer service. We truly appreciate you going above and beyond.

It’s sad when you call and order a cookie for a special occasion and they spell the name wrong especially when you spelled it for them cause you knew if you didn’t they would get it wrong . And they still spelled it WRONG!! Tasted great but the College graduate wasn’t enthused with his name being spelled wrong.

They have the best group of people working there and the best cookies!

Cookie was great. Checked my bank account. Charged 5 separate times for 1 cookie. Waiting on an answer. They are in no hurry to assist me.

My son in law purchased a cookie cake for my daughters birthday and after we ate one piece, my 2 year old granddaughter got it off the counter and dropped it icing side down flat on the floor. I called to order another one and explained what happened. When I went to pick it up, they gave it to me for free. I told them I expected to pay for it per it wasnt their fault but they still gave it to me. I never expected that so we purchased another cookie and a slushie. JC Mall location, Johnson City, TN. 5 stars

Ordered a Valentines Day cookie through Door Dash for my wife. She found a hair baked INTO the cookie. Called for a refund and was told to call Door Dash for a full refund (not what I wanted; Door Dash did their job). Tired of dealing with companies who just pass the buck and point fingers. Why couldnt they just refund my money? Enjoy having these pics out there, GAC!

Made a purchase of their cookies an# decided to make another purchase for a frozen coke. Took one sip and explained that the drink was bad. I tried the other 2 flavors as well and the same result had a bad aftertaste. I explained that i no longer wanted the item, the staff took the item poured it out and came back and said can inhelp you? I said Id like a refund and he said no, they dont give refunds. I explained that the drink was bad, he said it was my fault that i didnt like the tatse and no refund would be given. My wife asked if we coukd have a cookie instead and he said no. I asked, so your just going to take my money, he said it wasnt his fault. I asked for a supervisor, none around, manager, he refused. Said to call corporate. I did this and left a message. Either you have a bad policy or their needs to be training to handle this issue.

On January 21st 2020 my brother purchased 6 original chocolate chip cookies for me. When he brought them to me (about 15 mins later) the cookies were very hard and we were not able to eat them. I called the store and the manager I spoke with was super nice said throw them away and Ill put you name down in the back when your back this way stop by and they will be replaced. As I was speaking to him he checked the other cookies and said they were all hard and must have been over cooked. I told him Ive never had a problem with the cookies there this was a first . So today January 24th my daughter went to pick them up for me and the lady that waited on her was very rude and wanted the other cookies. Ok well I was told to trash them. Almost didnt give her the cookies. Im not going to say what all was said because I wasnt there. So i called the store and the shift leader that I spoke with would only give his name as jordan . I explained what happened and wanted to know why there was a problem. He was on the rude side himself. I told him I would just be contacting Corporate. His response was . You just do what you have to do. I will never purchase from the Johnson City Tn Great American Cookie again.

I don’t mean to be a karen but seriously? my grad cake was terrible. Opened the box and I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.

Got a custom birthday cookie made today and they misspelled the name, checked my receipt & I had it spelled right on the order.

Not alot to choose from but was close to closing time. Staff very friendly! Kinda of expensive for cookies.

Awesome cookies. Love the large cake size cookies as well. Makes for a great party dessert!

They have good cookies but make sure they spell everything correctly. I ordered a cookie for my daughter’s 18th Birthday and they spelled birthday wrong.
