Guy finished our fence yesterday, could not be any happier! From start to finish Guy was a true professional. Our fence turned out better than we could have expected, you can tell the man knows what hes doing. Guy is the man! Hes been building fences for a very long time in JC. In fact, he was recommended to me by two different friends for a privacy fence. He uses good quality materials and 3 nails per attachment point -- He also makes sure that everything looks great, even around tricky corners, etc. Definitely give him a call.

We had a very big fencing project with post and rail and no climb fencing around our house. It was a total of 626 feet with 2 double gates and 3 single gates. Guy did such beautiful, detailed work on this fence. He worked the project by himself and took such care of every detail. We were putting the fence up to keep our dogs in the yard (we foster blind dogs) and we were looking to let them roam a bit while keeping them safe. Guy knew the fence was mainly for the dogs and took such care to make sure every possible area where they might squeeze through was secure. The no climb fence went directly on the ground or slightly into the ground. The rails were spaced where the dogs would not be able to squeeze through. The latches on the gates are such good, sturdy quality and look great. My husband and I love it! This is the second fence Guy built for us. He did a smaller version about 4 years ago at my moms house and it looks as good today as the day it was built. I would recommend Guy and his work over any other fence company.

Guy was awesome!!! He built a beautiful fence for us a couple years ago. It has gotten rave reviews from everyone who has seen it. He took such great care in building it, almost as if he were building it for his own home. The material he used was of good quality and still looks good today. Last Winter a large tree fell through the fence, but because the fence was built so well, the damage was minimal. I was in need of a fence for my backyard and called Woodcraft Fence Co and a competitor for estimates. Guy, the owner of Woodcraft, came out to my property to carefully measure my yard and discuss options. He was very friendly and professional, and provided some great advice as to how we could mitigate my neighbors unsightly yard.In the end I chose Woodcraft because the competing company was only interested in spending the minimum amount of time necessary installing the fence, would rely on subcontractors for the labor, and showed no interest in spending any extra effort or discussing ways to make the fence look as nice as possible. They also were going to charge over 50% of the total cost estimate Woodcraft gave me, for a chain link fence that would link up to my neighbors existing (and broken) chain link fencing.My new wood fence is beautiful, and Guy took the effort to dig out the earth where necessary to create a perfectly even line of pickets. He also had no reservations recommending a modestly priced picket and design. I love the heavy duty locks and hardware, and Im sure the fence will last for a long time.Guy also communicated very clearly as to time, cost, and what to expect. Working with him was a great experience.

The simple way to describes Guys work is that he does it like it was his house. He takes no short cuts, works day and night and has no problem with using his PHD whenever necessary. I wish Guy was my brother in law so I could get him to fix everything at my house :) Seriously, not only is the work unbeatable but so is his price. If you need any type of fence, you need to talk to Guy!

Guys a magician with a chainsaw. Built a wood fence with a couple of gates for our dogs at a fair price, on time & it looks and works great. Now Im hoping he can come back & teach the mutts how to use it!Make sure you ask him to tell you some jokes...hes got some good ones ;o)~~

I was referred by a good friend to Woodcraft/Guy Jacobs. He came out, measured, asked for what I was wanting and gave me ideas, and let me see pictures of his work. All this while coming out the day after I had called. He did a AWESOME job, my wife and I get compliments from everyone that comes over. Hes a hard worker, proud of his work, and an all round class act. I know who I will be using from now on and who I will be my referring any of my friends to for their fencing needs! I had three fence contractors come out here and Guy was the only one that didnt make me think he was trying to run the bill up on the job. He gave me a quote and the end result was right on budget. There was a concern if there was rock that would run me over budget in my back yard, but we got lucky and there was none. However, he was honest and gave me several options on how to handle it. I actually had him do this job when I was on vacation...I came back to this amazing, beautiful fence in my back yard. He is a true craftsman and honest as the day is long. He cleaned up everything when he left. I would absolutely recommend.

Guy built the fence at my house before I purchased the home. Recently, a couple of boards needed to be replaced thanks to my pup. I contacted him to see if he could make the repairs. Guy just finished our fence and gate. Today...New Years Day he came back to finish the job. He stuck to his time table, finished early, and did a fantastic job. Not only was he a cheaper quote he was also more approachable than the other company I had come out. Guy seems to really stand by his projects and takes pride in them. If I ever need any more fence work, he is who Im going to call.
