What a great experience from beginning to end. G is very knowledgable a and too the time to listen to what we were doing to our kitchen and assisted us picking out a beautiful piece of marble ..... We also upgrade our bathroom as well.When it cam time for the installation, the installation crew was courteous, polite and professional.If your looking for marble, granite or quartz to upgrade your home I highly recommend Trinity Granite, you wont be disappointed

Trinity Granite should be your go-to place for granite and quartz in the Tri-Cities area. From shopping at their warehouse, to measuring and installation to their customer service, they are top notch and professional. Melissa, their salesperson, is knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. She will give you space to shop or help you with decisions. She is also patient with customers (us) who have difficulty making decisions or change their minds. Mike, the owner, did our measurements and pointed out a problem with our cabinet design and kitchen sink. Jonah, who came out to help us with a small issue, was really helpful, friendly and kind. Our experience with Trinity Granite and Marble was wonderful. We love our granite and quartz countertops!

If you are looking for Granite or Quartz, I would just head straight to Trinity. Their prices were so much better than anyone else, by A LOT!! Melissa was knowledgeable, great at communicating and just made it a smooth experience for us! It was well worth our drive from Chilhowie, VA.

I am not a review writer however after dealing with this company I felt the need to write one. When dealing with contractors it seems to have become the new norm to be forced to accept sub par craftsmanship and professionalism. I am also aware that I am very picky and expect things to be 100%. We visited every granite store in the area and I can tell you from the time my wife and I walked in and talked to Melissa we knew this was the place to do business. The owner Mike met me at the house and that confirmed we were in good hands. The installation crew is by far the most professional and trustworthy I have dealt with. If I were to do another project I wouldnt hesitate to leave the doors unlocked and have them install without me there. This company will make you regain your trust in humanity and great workmanship.

Simply the best place ever!!! This is our second installation with them and are so very pleased once again!! Melissa is fantastic!!! I have used Trinity in the past when building my house. I never had an issue with them. Today, I went in and was greeted with a very rude young lady. She was on her cell phone and would hardly look up and spoke to me rudely. She also didn’t seem to want to sell me any quartz countertops. Very disappointed and will not be back. Customer service means everything !!!

Called Trinity this afternoon because we have a marble-topped nightstand that had cracked and I read that they can /will custom cut a piece of marble. Of course, I was a cold call, just a member of the public with a question. Whoever the lady is that answered the phone needs some training in phone etiquitte. I wont relay the entire conversation here, although I could quote it pretty much word for word. However, I will say that if I portrayed to a potential customer that I hated my job as much as she did to me, I believe I would be looking for another job. I know Ill be looking for another marble company.

Love my granite that Trinity put in. We did all the bathrooms, Kitchen and Laundry room. Couldnt be happier. Everyone thats works for them is very friendly and professional. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

After a long and thorough research of granite products and companies (7), I decided to do business with Trinity Granite & Marble. I must truly say that I am very pleased with my choice of granite, and especially pleased with the company. I have found them to be reliable and their work to be very professional. Two of the factors in deciding to deal with this company was: 1. The fact that I could sit down and actually see on the computer what my choice would look like before I agreed to continue.2. Wow! What an experience! From start to finish, the people at Trinity were helpful in every aspect of our counter top project. Updating a kitchen in an older home can be a challenge, but the staff at Trinity worked with us to make this project a total success! We were kept informed by them with updates throughout the process and we highly recommend Trinity! Quality people and workmanship are hard to find these days!

My granite has 15 chips around the sink. There are other chips on the counter tops. My granite looks splotchy. Not shiny and smooth. When I seen the granite at the warehouse they showed me the back of the granite the way it was hanging.

After looking at other granite dealers in the area, we decided to go with Trinity. We most definitely picked the right one. We expected them to be here all day, but they came in, removed our old counter tops and installed the granite tops in less than five hours. It looks great and we are very pleased.
