It has come to my attention that it is corporate policy for Kroger (St. of Franklin) to have only one check out lane open for customers. Wait times in the last few months have gotten worse and worse. Today I waited for over 20 minutes since I didn’t want to take my full cart into the self check out area. My frozen items thawed by the time I made it home. I called the corporate headquarters to inquire about acceptable wait times and they haven’t gotten back to me. If this isn’t resolved I’ll be changing grocers, 20 years as a weekly shopper.

Was at check out when,one of their employees came over and just reached into our bag without identifying what he was doing,until after the fact. My wifes purse was there and I thought he was trying to grab it. Very snotty saying we cant buy a single beer even though it was in the single rack. When the week before my wife had no problem getting one. I asked for a manager and he said there wasnt one around and to me he was very unprofessional in the way he did it. He almost got decked because,I didnt know if he was reaching for my wifes purse or what. We havent been back since and never will again. Management and some of the people are lazy!!

Visiting TN. This store was clean. Workers wore masks, thank you. Pretty well stocked considering. Good variety in bakery, deli. Liked their prices. Starting today they dont give back full coin change due. Apparently Covid 19 has effected the Federal Reserves coins. Go figure.

I love the online ordering and how they always honor coupons! I order, pull up, get my food, get reimbursed for coupons, and I’m off back home. I love it and haven’t had to step foot in the store since they have offered this service. Great job Kroger.

Excellent store that is fully stocked with fresh food choices and great seafood. The service at this store is far superior to other groceries in the area. Kroger makes you feel valued as a customer and provides everything you need or want from a grocery store. It is well worth a visit.

Debra at self checkout should definitely work on her customer service skills. All customers are customers, not just the ones you like.

As an employee of this store (Kroger 367), I have to say that I a proud that the management team has our backs. Especially when it comes to unreasonable people being asked to do something as simple as put a mask 😷 on for the few minutes it takes to help them. We will never deny anyone service, but the employees have the to right to refuse to wait on an unreasonable customer. We do have to right to find someone willing to help them.Kroger tries hard to accommodate every customer, sometimes it’s hard to please everyone.I humbly ask you to wear a mask 😷 even if it is for a brief few minutes. It is just common respect for your fellow human beings. You never know what kind of health situation a person is in. If I ask you to wear a mask 😷, I am asking because I am a very high risk person and I want to protect myself, my family, my loved ones, and my fellow human beings. I wear a 😷 8-10 hours a day and I personally hate it. I get it, no one likes wearing them. The only way we are going to get on the other side of this pandemic is for all of us to do the right thing and follow CDC guidelines.I’m writing this review not just as an employee of Kroger 367, I am writing it as a human being who doesn’t want to die from this virus 🦠. My life is already going to be cut short because of my health problems, I want to live as long as possible. Please wear a mask 😷. It may just save your life too.

I would have given five stars if they would keep more than one full serve register open. Also they run out of items on sale too often.

I shop there for items I need quickly and know Kroger has them. Can get in & out quickly

I dont shop at this location as much since Covid hit. Most of the time they dont have sale items in stock, especially when people are allowed to use coupons and purchase them up to 5x. Greed at its finest. Kroger needs to order extra sale items to compensate but they dont. Its very frustrating and who has time to check back or go to another store? The frozen vegetable section is ALWAYS empty (Kroger brand), and forget about getting Persil laundry detergent or Lilys chocolate (just to name a few) when its on sale. No rain checks either, and sometimes it takes several weeks before they get restocked.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They do not value customer service rights, the ADA, or HIPPA. They also don’t teach their employees, or managers how to properly handle what should be a simple transaction. The guy at the customer service counter thinks he can refuse service to anyone, disregarding any, & all rules & laws other than the one he’s personally chooses to try to enforce against store policy. I gave them a chance to fix the issue, & it wasn’t. I will be taking further legal action. I would advice any one who values their rights to either go here to exercise our rights, or completely boycott any store that doesn’t respect everyone’s right equally. There’s more than one grocery store within a mile...

There is a mask mandate in Johnson City and yet this store does not abide by the mandate!  The customers seem to think wearing masks around their necks complies.  Social distancing is also not happening in the store.  The area just reported the highest day of deaths yet.  I think this probably reflects the lack of health concerns not just at this time but ALL THE TIME.  I am done - no more Krogers for me!

Store was a mess. People were completely blocking items and aisles while trying to unload loads of boxes. Only one lane was open and there was no bagger. Being 37 weeks pregnant and having to bag my own groceries and get no assistance to my car definitely wasn’t fun. Any other time I wouldn’t have cared but it’s hard enough for me to get around as is now having to add all the extra walking around the workers made it more difficult. Just get more front end people and that would really help. Even if it’s just a bagger or two.

Wow. The fanciest Kroger Ive ever seen.

Came to this location to buy a few things and noticed how clean and neat shelves were with everything stocked nice and wanted to give a shout out to the nicest sweetest employee Jessica who as i walked around the store was working non stop to make sure each aisle was neat and correct. I was very happy about her knowledge about the store and where to find everything. Excellent customer service i give this location 5 stars for the employees like Jessica and for how neat and clean the store was.

Great meat. We buy pork loins and beef tenderloins here. They cut them the way you want them and trim them just like I would. I have never gotten bad meat from Krogers. Their private selection label is very high quality without the high name brand cost.

I went to Kroger right after I got off work and I was so tired and I was in the market for awhile. I was surprised to see that the prices were great! So I spent a lot of time checking out the stuff... I ended up getting 💯 dollars worth of stuff. I could have spent 💯 more easily but I am disciplined, so, to make a quick ending to my analogy of my experience... It was a great place to go to Krogers. Their a very competitive place to get your stuff

Love the verity and great brands.. The sale and mark down items prices are low enough you actually feel it in your wallet. . Hate to see item on sale but barley from regular price . Wonder how its considered on sale 2 cents lower .. There generic brands are reasonably priced and cant even taste the difference in name brand hardly. My biggest disappointment and is why I only give four stars is they stopped selling the gourmet chicken salad from the deli. Was the best I have ever tasted to this very day. Also could have better sales on there meat items.

My favorite place to shop. Great selection and good prices. My only issue is the parking is absolutely terrible. Don’t remember it being bad prior to them adding that gas station.. (I still gave 5 stars because the prices are pretty good usually).

Just waited over 30 min at the deli counter and left without any meats or cheeses. It was the third time this month no one has been there to help me even after asking employees from other departments for help. I called the front desk twice. This was the second time someone has tried to help after 10 minutes who wasnt trained in the deli. There wasnt a manager on duty to speak with me. Is this what passes for customer service in 2018?

Always a very clean area.. For years Ive never considered shopping for more than, a couple forgotten things due to prices and value you get for the price. Ive never walked out spending less than $40 and only getting 4 to 5 things. I honestly prefer walmart. They go over each sale and provide the taxes and difference to you.

We always find what we want and all of the staff have always been courteous and helpful. Kroger Pharmacy has been our pharmacy for over a decade with no mistakes ever and Flawless service

This Kroger has gotten a lot better since its renovation at the end of 2014. Spacious store with lots of selection, and the Starbucks inside is a plus. My only complaint is that they have more registers open, but I guess you gotta work with what youve got!

Being close to the university, its often busy.The selection of items overall is pretty good.The Starbucks is nice, but the service has tended to be a little slow in my experience.Nothing really bad about it, but nothing great either.

I like the store and its laid out well. The only problem is parking. It seems like certain days there is no parking at all. I try to avoid Fridays and that seems to help.

This store is clean and in order. Its tough to keep a 24hr store tidy with things being put back on the wrong shelf, but this store stays on top of it. The produce section is clean, well syocked, and there seems to ALWAYS be someone there to help. The bakery has fresh items and will do markdowns early enough to enjoy the sale items before they go off. The meat counter is super helpful and will cut a pork roast for me without pause. The lines back up a bit when they have just sent out new coupons, but the self checkout area is updated and fast.I will go out of my way to shop this store. With the Kroger card and the coupons offered through their app along with those that are mailed out based on my shopping lists, I easily save money.

I come here often - 1 to 2 times a week. I love the fresh produce section, everything is clean, well kept, no dead leaves on the veggies and the fruits are great. The organic section is the same or better than a health food store nearby and about a third of the price or even better. I was buying organic swiss chard for $2.49 a bundle of anywhere from 8 to maybe 10 leaves. The first time I went to Kroger a few months ago, I saw the same brand/farm provider of swiss chard and it was sold by the pound, my little bundle was a dollar!!!??? So I went back and have kept going back and do my other grocery shopping there also. They have their own brand-name products also.I used to go to 2 or 3 markets to get what I wanted at good prices because I was saving money and one market didnt have everything I wanted. Now that I go to Kroger, I probably save more money because I just go to one market, I get great prices, I save time from multiple store shopping and I save time which I really need since I was wasting time and energy going shopping every week.Staff are friendly, I like the self-check out area - easy to use and a clerk is nearby to assist. I usually go there for fresh produce, but they also have a large bakery area as well as fresh flowers, good greeting card selections, frozen aisles and everything else that most well stocked grocery stores have - but the prices and neatness of everything make it easy to shop there - Im not wondering around like another store I used to shop at and couldnt find a thing.Krogers gas station is in the parking lot and their price is better than the surrounding area. I havent tried it yet, but I will the next time I need a fill up as the few cents I save going to Sams is a savings in time and gas just to get to Sams.Ive been to Krogers in two other states and never liked the store look or brand, but this particular location is my favorite in JC.

The cashier didnt ask me for my rewards card and I had my 3 year old grandaughter with me so I was preoccupied, so I didnt get my points. It should be a habit to ask. Other than that the store is very large and spacious.

Nice selection of food, excellent produce, but unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Occasionally I find a friendly worker but most of the people at the front act as if the customers are interrupting their conversations, and are just irritating. Even when theres a turnover, the new employees develop the same attitudes pretty fast. If youre okay with being told to ask someone else when you have a problem, this Kroger might be the store for you.

This place is great if you have one of their FREE member cards (which I recommend getting). Reasonable/cheep prices, just about any food item you could want, along with many nonfood items, premade meals you could pick up quick and easy on your lunch break and their gas rewards is a huge perk

Where to start? The self checkouts are filthy, the attendants just stand there looking bored instead of cleaning, or assisting. The shelf stocking sucks lemons, out of the most popular stuff consistently. And, oh geez, dont ever try to ask for help, (except for the bakery, meat counter, produce). Also, the staff needs to give customers the right of way inside and outside the store. Dont walk right in front of customers causing them to stop, turn or get knocked over. Really people! Arrrgh!

Seems like its hit or miss at Kroger whether I feel like I got a lot for a little or a little for a lot. But the coupons they send in the mail are great! I got several free items recently. The manager special sales are fun to search through.. you can really get some good deals! (Check your dates on perishables)I usually go elsewhere because the store feels cluttered and disorganized most of the time.. but the coupons keep me going back, and Im usually glad I did.

1) almost all the deli staff wouldnt know customer service with a smile if it bit them. 2) the one who was friendly and courteous as well as actually cooking the food right consistently was fired. My recommendation. Go to whites. 3) older asian gentleman in sushi side tends to crap and let it drip through the deli

It has a good selection of organic foods, greens, etc. I like their produce dept most of all but they also have good dairy, eggs, meats, and many other things.They very often have pricing errors where youre charged more or less than what the item is advertised for. Several of them act quite goofy. With so many other good stores in the area, I dont need to shop at this store any more. I dont like some of their employees. Especially a very rude blonde girl who works in the natural food dept. I feel that theyre rude and that they dont treat all customers the same.Always a clean area? Take a look along the fence that goes down to Earth Fare (7-16-2017). Its FULL of papers, bags, receipts, candy wrappers, sales flyers, cans, that all blows off the parking lot. They have employees in there shooting the breeze every day and they cant get them to take 10-15 minutes a day to pick up trash. This is the managers fault. He couldnt care less about the by products of his business. The sad reality is that their mgr doesnt care if you like his employees or not, and I dont, and I also dont like him. He doesnt care about the environment or if trash blows into our streams and lakes or oceans. He just doesnt care. Kroger is a greedy careless corporation.

Been coming here for years but stopped recently. Things here and there have been sliding, but today was the last straw. Bathroom was disgusting, several employees using it at the same time meant I had to wait. Their good deals are less and less often. And lastly, there were dog treats priced wrong or put in the wrong place, and was not honored the price displayed. Wont be back.

Self-checkout was pretty quick today. Glad to hear Kroger will be implementing Scan, Bag & Go technology.

As far as grocery stores go its about what youd expect. Nice size and always stocked. Ive always found Krogers prices to be cheaper than competition and the close placement to ETSU is a huge plus. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare to navigate though.

Loved being a grocery store that reminded me of Wegmans. Enjoyed the produce and ready to eat sections. Would have preferred not having to walk thru the liquor to get to the rest of my shopping though.

Very unprofessional employees (except for a couple). The feedback survey is not taken seriously either. They cannot and do not care about constructive criticism. Only grocery store in this area that does not keep shopping cart corrals clear so that there are carts at the entrances to use! Often see employees standing around. There are a couple of older ladies and a couple of college kids who are nice, but otherwise one gets the feeling that management does not care about how its employees talk and act towards the customers that pay their salaries! Spend a little more time driving to the other Kroger on Sunset; much nicer people and there is always a cart available and a lane open.

Was not impressed after going to the Food City just north of here. My hubby and I went in with our list, but after 3 aisles of not finding any items at or below the price we normally pay at Food City or Ingles, we left empty-handed to go back to our usual grocers.

We were regulars at Kroger back in Ga, when i moved here recently i was thrilled to find Kroger here and in two very convenient locations. I started feeling at home here after finding Kroger.

Clean, huge selection, great sales and a friendly staff. The store manager, I believe her name is Amy, is however incredibly rude and condescends to employees and customers alike. Shes unprofessional and rude, otherwise the store employees would definitely have gotten five stars!

Kroger is a great place to shop. Its clean and the folks are nice. Hey, It even has a starbucks! It has great floral arrangements and freash fruit. Huge selection and great prices. I recommend the to everyone to yry and steer them away from the big box stores like wally world.

The staff of the Pharmacy was friendly, helpful and showed genuine concern. Not just one but all three of the staff that I interacted with.

This store has everything I need. Delicious, fresh meat, the best rotisserie chicken Ive ever had, the sushi is fantastic, and there is fantastic variety.

Ok, I work at our area hospital on night shift. This is a 24 hour store or so I thought. I go in to do my shopping and purchase $217.66. Because it was 6am I had to use the self checkout and completely bag and scan solo while the bum employee stood and watched me. I had to set my bagged food in the floor to empty my cart to place my groceries back in the cart. Needless to say I will tell everyone not to do any major shopping here unless its daytime hours!

The more l shop at Kroger the more convenced I am they really strive to put a superior product in the can or package if it has the Kroger name on it its a great place to shop.
