The help was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had. The selection is grand - even for vegan me. Many vegan items were on sale - like vegan cheese and crackers- so I filled up my basket. If you are into health foods, you must visit this store. I came back to add that they packed my groceries in a box with large ice packs on top and bottom since it would be a few hours till I got home. What other store would do that.

This place has done a great job filling the void left by Earthfare. They have a pretty big selection of plant based options. The staff is very knowledgeable, and very willing to help. They could consolidate some sections, like the tea aisle, and fit in even more healthy stuff.

They carry high quality goods that you cant find any where else at in Tri-Cities.

Our favorite shop to get vitamins and herbs! They always have everything we need, and if they dont they are happy to order it for us.

RUDEST employee I have ever encountered! He yelled at me and accused me of trying to open a seal to some body wash, which I wasnt even doing. Seriously? Do you treat all of your customers like this? You guys lost my business FOR GOOD! Stop accusing people of doing something that they didnt even do! I will NEVER recommend Natural Foods Market to anyone!

You would have to be very hard pressed to find a staff as friendly as the one here. I always come back for the kindness, unique selection of goods, and altogether welcoming environment provided here. They have a fantastic selection of tea, essential oils, organic and natural toiletries, and specialty diet products. I love it here, and highly recommend it!

Ive shopped here on and off but every time I go in Im usually disappointed with the so called variety of products.Firstly they do the bare minimum to actually carry ORGANIC/NON-GMO herbal and vitamin supplements. As a matter of fact MOST of their supplements are NON-ORGANIC/GMO and neither the staff nor the owners could care less about upgrading and improving that glaringly obvious problem.Just today I was told by the so called manager that the reason they didnt have and have not had amaranth for months was because the manufacturer/distributor was having a shortage. This is just not the truth because you can find this brand of amaranth everywhere online and I did right after she passed the buck so unapologetically. That manager proved immediately to not only have poor customer service etiquette but also that she was to lazy to pick up the phone and call someone at the manufacturer/distributor or to check other online sources, to be sure. She shouldnt be a manger.So just like most of the hillbilly grocery store managers and other retailers that SHOULD be practicing progressive and more TRULY health conscious product ordering and stocking, natural foods, so called, is nothing that stands apart from the crowd, but instead and like all the rest they prefer to slide by doing the bare minimum.Shop online if possible because if you have even slightly specific preferences, natural foods in johnson city tn, cannot begin to meet those needs, neither in their product inventory nor their customer service skills.

Superb collection of products.. I am a personal chef and some of my customers want organic and natural foods. This place helps make my job easier. Seems like the guy that left the 1 star review has a personal problem and needs to get over it. Great place and friendly people.

Very quaint little store that is always well stocked and full of items you dont see often. Prices can be a bit high but I enjoy the staff and atmosphere. Its much easier then large stores when you are in a hurry and to get in and out quickly.

NFM always has the hard to find items in the area. I always go in there for one item but leave with a cart full. Aside from the delicious goods, the staff are top notch. Insanely helpful and very kind.

Amazing selection of vegan food, best in the trip cities. It is actually on the side of the stripall by GameStop, corner of knob Creek road and peoples street, I drove around for like 7 min trying to find it one day! Google apparently has been unresponsive

Love this store. I live elsewhere, but come here every time I visit my mom. There are products I cant find anywhere else, and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. It reminds me of the health food store I used to work at when I was young.

Prices were ok considering its a natural foods place. They didnt have what I was looking for but they went above and beyond to try and help me locate a place that did have it. The staff was also very nice and informative.

I really like this store, the people here are pretty friendly, the owner John is a top notch guy, super friendly.They get their beef from Grayburg Hills farm out in Limestone, that farmer has some super clean land and great tasting beef, I buy from him personally and have visited his farm, I like how he keeps the animals water good and clean, alot of farms dont come close.

I would not recommend Natural Foods Market to anyone. Most things in there are over priced and can be found elsewhere for less. With all the choices for organic foods in town these days, I dont need NFM. I get my organic foods at other local stores where theres more selection and prices that are at least as good, if not better. Some people at NFM seem nice but it can be hit or miss and I found the owners to be rude. They claim to be pros but actually their knowledge of many things is shallow and geared to sell products, not teach people.
