Appointing a home can be quite stressful, these folks (Debi in particular) make it a much more pleasurable and relaxed experience. Our vision, as convoluted it could be was understood by the team, they took the time to spend with us to understand our true vision. They were very much like a Google search, a few key words here and there, and presto the vision became a reality. They were more than willing to accept unexpected “change orders”, which alleviated additional stressors, and soon we should have our dream space realized. They have the innate ability to hear what your vision may be and make it a reality, going above and beyond to see it through. As far as price differential, they may be a touch higher (by touch, I mean inconsequential) compared to the “Amazons etc…”, but to be able to sit with an individual whom genuinely cares and shows interest in your project, is priceless!

We had some issues with our house design and they gladly returned the items. We were not aware of the return policy as we purchased over the phone, but they went out of their way to accommodate us. We had a crew member accidentally break a globe for which we offered to pay, but they said that was ok. Very up to date offerings.
