The store itself was very clean and well-organized. I am glad we went. We made a purchase there and do not have to go searching anywhere else...good and fruitful experience. We Purchased a king size mattress today with boxspring and had a pleasant time working with our salesman Will Smith.It’s a great place to purchase a mattress with a large inventory to try different setups. Hard to choose but with Will explaining the different types, we found a match. We will recommend this store to everyone.

My husband and I visited Denver Mattress first when shopping for our new home. Adonis walked us through the different brands and features available. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We did visit at least 3 other mattress stores to shop around but returned to Denver and Adonis as no other customer service compared. We purchased a Tempurpedic and asked them to hold it for several weeks. The day we moved in our mattress was delivered without any issues. We are very impressed by the level of customer service (Adonis) and care put in to our entire process.

Zerina was a complete delight to work with. She is professional, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The hubby and I were between 2 different livingroom pieces and Zerina gave us options and ideas that helped us make our decision. She was also able to get us our furniture delivery for only two weeks out where other furniture stores gave us 18-20 weeks out and they couldnt guarantee the furniture would even get to the warehouse by then. We are very happy with our selection and we will look for Zerina on our next furniture purchase.

Seller was friendly and professional. Still waiting on my mattress to be delivered. Was told max 2 weeks. Called once was told I was number 10 on the list that I would get it first of last week. Called back when that didn’t happen and was told I was number 20 on list not sure how I went down on the list and was told it should arrive at end of last week. Still no mattress and we’re almost at a month since purchasing. Money has already been takin out. So I’m a bit disappointed.

I went to Denver Matress to check out a Purple Pad after shopping in Furniture Row. When I walked in & met Mr. Will Smith, I was impressed. The store was Very Clean, neat, and the mattresss were lined up and very well kept. All the mats or pads that you sit on, to try out, were flat and unruffled. Mr. Smith was very nice and friendly telling me about the Purple Mattress and answered my questions about the Pad & mattress. I am having some walking issues and he gladly got the display pad that you try and brought it to me. We chatted for a few minutes and I bought the Purple Pad. After the sell was completed he insisted on carrying it to my car!!! I told him that I could make it but I was his only customer at that time so he just got it and said come on because he could see that I had a cane and walking issues. I thought that he did an excellent job and I will definitely be checking out Denver Mattress when I need a new mattress and Im pretty sure I will be back to get another Purple Pad!!! I would definitely recommend Denver Mattress to Family and friends!!!
