Seems quite there n the Mobile Homes r newer/or brand new. He said they started 3 yrs ago and by looking its come a long way from the old Trailers to modern day Mobile Homes. Seems like a good place to live from being an outsider.

Theyre deep wholes in the road that they own and I have pics of tore the bottom of my car out and done 3800$ worth damage and they wont pay. Have all evidence anyone wants to see ...

They have some nice trailers in there they also have it man that owns the place that let you rent to own but when you rent to own you pay a lot more money for it but if people dont have no credit he tries to help you thats where he get you you have to pay a downpayment and actually I believe they are a little too much to pay for the place they try to sell you but they do keep that place clean and they dont allow no kind of mean people in there if they have any problems with people fighting or anything or getting into arguments and aggravating their neighbors they will be evicted overall that would be a good place to live if you just want to rent a place
