In laws just bought a rug. Got home and realized they had been given the wrong rug after paying $700 for it. Called the store about the error and they would not exchange the rug! My in laws were told to “go to hell”! This bunch doesn’t deserve a star period... they are crooked!Update: my wife told a friend who actually called the store. The store owner told my wife’s friend my in-laws dog peed on the rug... my in- laws don’t even have a dog! The friend said she didn’t believe that story and they then proceeded to tell her to go to hell as well! Can you believe that?!

This place is a disgrace! They should be ashamed on how they treat their customers.
