CareMed/Rotech has went out of their way to help me and my family while traveling outside the area and are always courteous and helpful. Good home town help.

I had been using a different company for my needs but wasn’t satisfied with them, I changed to Rotech, and am Very Satisfied with the service I’m receiving now!! Very Dependable ☺️

My Cpap and supplies came from Rotech in Johnson City. The respiratory therapist was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

My doctor in bristol ordered oxygen for me Friday afternoon and I had oxygen In my home Friday night. Dan worked late to get it here and was very professional and curious. I want to thank all the Rotech employees that worked together to make it happen!

Soooo Yvonne`s machine shut down. Wouldnt come back on. So I call Care Med and am told to unplug it and then turn it.back on. We got NO alarm when it turned off. The white button that is.supposed to be recessed is still sticking out. But they wont replace the machine unless it stops again. Said we could let her use her tanks. And change them every 2 hours? Oh there is gonna be a show when Rocky gets home. Narc rage incoming
