Always responsive to any needs or requests. Friendly and helpful, whether it is the office staff or the men who work in the storage facilities. I highly recommend Stowaway Storage! I have used self storage 5 times now. My experience with Stowaway in Johnson City has been the best of all of those. The units are clean, climate controlled and secure. The 24/7 convenience was very nice. The location is very good. I liked that there was a 4 wheel cart always available when I needed it. I also needed a 2nd smaller unit for a short time and was able to get one to suit my needs. The owner and staff were excellent also, theyll go the extra mile. When I needed an extra cart to move alot of stuff in one day they made it happen. I would definitely use them again if I needed storage.
