I had a deer jump from the ditch on a back highway and it smoked my box side mid air. Pushed it in right on a body line and popped some paint due to an internal bracket. The team at Minor Wreck Express did a phenomenal job repairing it, to the point that youd never be able to tell it was damaged. They were constantly in contact, keeping me updated by email through the whole process.They completed this repair in a timely manner, especially for the amount of labor involved. Paint, clear, and buff job is excellent. One happy customer here!

I had pretty high hopes considering most of the reviews were positive and I only needed a simple repair but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The repair itself was fine, aside from the way the interior of my car was left afterwards. The issues that arose from that repair were a different story. I’m not sure if this company is deliberately trying to mislead their customers or if it’s just a huge breakdown in communication between their workers. Either way, I shouldn’t have to pay to have somewhere else fix the issues they caused during repair and I don’t appreciate being lied to.

Just recently had my bumper replaced due to an accident I was in. They were very easy to work with, no pressure on anything and they did an amazing job. The bumper on my Jeep looks brand new. There was an issue with the insurance company and Minor Wrecks employees/ owners were very nice and understanding about the situation and got me all taken care of! They even cleaned the whole inside of my Jeep before returning! Which was so AMAZING as I’m about to have a new baby any day now!!

This is the second time weve had Minor Wreck Express do autobody repair on one of our cars. The first time my sons car needed repair following a front end accident and they performed all the necessary work in a timely manner at a final cost that was below several other estimates. We decided to bring my daughters car to them following recent hail damage, and once again they did a superb job at a very reasonable cost. We will not even bother to check with other autobody repair shops in the future, should the need ever arise. In addition to the excellent results we had with the repairs, the staff is friendly, take the time to explain the estimate costs and are more than willing to work with the insurance company and the customer.

This place is great! The owner is ethical I brought him a vehicle and he provided me his professional opinion on rust that I had on a vehicle based on honesty I brought him another vehicle and his representative Brian is awesome with communicating step by step on process of vehicle they even assisted with helping me find transportation while vehicle was being repaired and went above and beyond when I mention my sunroof was leaking they fixed that as well. There is no wonder on why they have great reviews they go above and beyond to solve the customers problem. This is now my go to place if I ever need reparations on my vehicles

They did everything they said they would. The reason I chose Minor Wreck Express is Brian tried to help me and write the estimate the way I wanted just to get by. Once I seen they were willing to help and the other 2 shops I stoped at first weren’t. I decided to go ahead and fix it completely. Great shop…great customer service!!

Have nothing but great things to say about my experience here. Bryan and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Prompt service and communication. Estimate was right on and timing of repairs were well communicated and met within the timeline given. My car looks brand new after a fender bender. Best surprise was getting in my car after the repairs to a detailed interior with hand written thank you card! This was totally unexpected and above and beyond. Gave me my car back in WAY better condition than I left it.

I called Brian about a week ago asking if could give me an estimate after being told by another body shop to total out my car.Throughout the entire process the business was professional and very thorough. We had to buy used parts and I was offered to come in and view before being put onto my vehicle which I appreciated.When picking up my vehicle it was washed and also detailed inside which was very unexpected and appreciated! 10/10 would recommend to others! **Excellent customer service.** I took my vehicle to have the side mirror fixed. Unfortunately, the color match was off and they offered to fix the mistake when it was convenient for me. I took my vehicle in another time and not only was the paint fixed they washed AND cleaned the interior of my vehicle. It was a pleasant surprise that went above and beyond my expectations!

Abracadabra - crushes rear end and dented side be gone!Backed nearly new civic into Uhaul parked in driveway — and rear end crushed like tin can - took photo - emailed to Minor wreck and had quote almost immediately! It was much less than dealer - replaced entire bumper, light and repainted to blend - look like new! They do excellent work and honor the quote.Honest and will give you some even lower cost options if you don’t have to have it perfect.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I recently had some damage done to my car and it was very little but still enough to bother me, took to Minor Wreck and worked with Dave, the quality of work and the way he explained how he can make my car look again had me sold! They were the cheapest bid I got and I could not be happier with the end results. The people there were all so friendly as well. I will use them again in the future.

I have had my old van in for both surgical and cosmetic work and the work has been perfect ! Everyone in this shop is very professional and kind and understanding. I meant to leave a review a lot time ago. In 2017, the car next to me in my assigned parking garage for work side swiped the driver side of my passenger door with their front bumper pulling into their parking spot. I took my car here thinking it would be a couple hundred to get the scratches repaired. They quoted $50 for the door damage and took my car back to repair immediately. 45 minutes they returned my car to me with the entire driver side, front bumper and back bumper buffed and scratch free! Said they were training a new employee and let her get more practice buffing out the other scratches on my car. They kept the fee at the quoted $50. I was more than pleased! My car looked brand new and I was in and out in under an hour.

I recently retired and found a little ‘diamond in the rough’ older BMW to cruise around in. These employees are magicians in the auto body industry! Other auto body repair shops just wanted to replace our bumper. MWE saved me $700 by remolding and reshaping it. Bumper looks brand new! They did an amazing job! I highly recommend!

I took my Jeep here after being rear ended last week and picked it up today. Everyone is so kind here! When I pulled up today to drop the rental car off and get my Jeep I noticed it was washed. They did an excellent job fixing the repairs I needed. We also got the windshield replaced and it looks great! As I got into my car it had be cleaned and vacuumed which I very much appreciated. Took a vehicle in for scratch repairs on a rear quarter and decided to include a detail for the whole car.The vehicle was older black sedan in fantastic condition for its age.Scratch repair was quoted at around $50. Opted to have a detail done as well for 185.00 + taxScratch repair was adequate for the cost involved.Overall detail was poor. The vehicle had swirls on the doors, wax residue in all seams and debossed areas (logo on rear bumper) and didnt really look that great.I was told they are meticulous and the process would take 2 days. I was called the very next day to pick it up. It was obviously done in a hurry.As this was a dry run to see if I wanted to service my other vehicles here (15 Challenger, also Black) I will not be returning to this shop.

Minor Wreck did an excellent job repairing damage to the paint on my car. Their estimate was approximately HALF the cost of a local competitor, and the final bill was within $20 of their estimate. The owner (Dave) seems like an honest and hard-working guy who does everything he can to make the customer happy. I highly recommend this local business to anyone!

Great work, I was a walk in estimate that was completed in about 15 mins and got my truck in within a 2 week window for minor body work. The crew was able to explain exactly what needed done and saved me from some unnecessary body work that would have needed more work down the line. Updated review 4 star: Original review created correspondence leading me to return my car to their shop for another pass. When I picked it up after the followup appointment, there were definitely improvements over the first attempt. I appreciated Minor Wreck Express making an extra effort to please me. The only reason I did not give 5 star is because I had to return the car a 2nd time and the paint color didnt exactly match my unique color...one of the managers did explain what it would take to exactly match however...just more effort than I wanted to spend.Original review 3 star: Car needed a dent removed and several minor scrapes/chips touched up/buffed out. It is a unique color, but the estimator didnt think matching paint would be a challenge. Paintless dent removal worked pretty well on the dent, but I was disappointed in the locations they attempted to improve (paint did not match that well) and also disappointed that they missed ~1/2 of the locations needing work.
