My wife and I stopped on the way to lake red rock to go camping. The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly friendly and the cook made us one of the best breakfast burritos we’ve ever had. We will probably go back just to get a breakfast burrito and find a park nearby.

Go somewhere else to get gas, their card system is trash and they leave instructions that don’t even work.

$6.00 for a burger? Get real! It wont happen twice! What a joke!

The sales clerk Nick is the reason for this review. He was very friendly, accommodating and professional. He was always there, and I dont know that Ill continue to shop there now that he no longer works there. That level of customer service is a rare find these days.

I come in this place every morning for yes smokes and a good breakfast sandwich. This morning the hot breakfast sandwiches had been sold already,when I asked Chris to make one for me he says I cant!...too busy what?..then I stated if I were here and u came in I would tell a everyday Customer Sure no problem give me a few minutes but that did not happen! Then Tyson the whatever gets angry at me looking at me like I have no right to State my opinion!This is Classic poor Customer service and I will not be treated like Shit and Told I am refused service and Get Out!!! This is terrible and this is not the first time I have been treated this way...Yes my name is Paul Heart! And I was a Customer!

A good gas station. They have RC cola on tap, which might be an odd note but is important for us. Also good food options from Hyvee

I get almost all my gas here. Clean, great gas, and who can beat fuel saver discounts!

The store itself is nice enough but the employees harassed me for a smile. Asking me to smile for you makes me uncomfortable, is disrespectful, and Im not there to look pretty for you. The two men there made me feel very uncomfortable and I will be avoiding this Hy Vee gas station from now on.

Staff is always super friendly and always helpful I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for gas, or for my other little purchases!

Pulled in at 10:30pm after a long night for a coffee and as the employee was mopping he says the coffee pots are broken...? Broken? Or it’s 30mins before quit time and you don’t want to make any?? Just sayin...Ankeny HyVee Has would have went out of their way to make some.
