My family and I went here today and we loved it. In my opinion everything was affordable, and the facilities are well maintained. We are glad we came, highly recommend it, and will most definitely be returning. You can even rent guns to try out! They have ammo and targets for sale there as well. It may be a couple bucks higher than big buck stores but they are a small business and well worth it.It was my Wifes 1st time with us at the range, the experience couldnt have been better. Recently visited to use range and discuss purchase of a new firearm. The associates were most helpful explaining details and using the range for my first time. The range was clean and well lit unlike others I’ve been to. Good selection of guns to rent, made for a great experience. I highly recommend Crossroads.

I took the safety training course they offer. I am so glad I did. Craig, my instructor did a awesome job of showing me all the things to make it a safe and fun experience! All of the staff there have shared vast knowledge of the sport with me. I had a great experience and highly recommend!

We just hosted my husband’s 30th Birthday at CrossRoads, and it was an absolute blast! We worked with Ethan to coordinate the event, and he was incredibly professional. He made sure we were all taken care of. This was an experience, and everyone had an absolute blast! I would 100% recommend anyone do this for an upcoming group event.

As an update they called 20 minutes after opening this morning. Made arrangements for me to swing in. Got my purchase pickup up. Guys we’re professional apologized for the previous evening and I assured them I’d be back. Thanks guys.I was there to pick up an online purchase. Waited 20 minutes for help. Nobody waited on me. Got in line 3 times at the registers. Every time I got to the front the employee left to take care of something or someone else. Got frustrated and left. Usually good service but nobody was interested in helping me today.

The people were very nice, great price. They allow you to switch out guns so that you can try multiple, making it easy to know which one youll like the most after you try 5 or 6.

It’s a nice range.

CrossRoads is a great place to shoot, handguns and some longer guns depending on the caliber / gauge with distances out to 25 yards. They also have a nice supply of ammo and accessories and the gunsmith (as well as the other staff) are great as I was having troubles keeping my rail tight on my S&W 500 due to the recoil/power and they fixed it free of charge. The level of shooters are novice to experienced and all are welcome. Very convenient location, top notch service, and great prices...highly recommended!

Very impressed with my first interaction here. I’m a disabled shooter and woman so interactions at gun places typically involve man-splaning or just being ignored. NOT the case here. The gunsmith was nice, educated without being a jackwagon and was encouraging. Definitely will be back to check out the range.

All the staff members have a lot of knowledge and are very helpful. This is the only indoor range that I will attend in this area good price and great staff thats willing to help.Fyi just ask them and they will not hesitate to try and help.

Nice place. Safe, clean and functional. Ammo prices are a bit gougey, but they have ammo. Knowledgeable staff. $20 for the day is a great price! $20 for 30-45 minutes, not so much. REALLY Need to get an hourly option, Id come once a week instead of once a month or two. Banner is reopened and closer, hourly....

Went in there want to try a few weapons out before making the decision on what caliber and size of weapon I was going to purchase for my everyday carry. They were very reasonably priced and helped guide me to weapons that felt good in my hand which is large due to me being a bigger guy. Once I found the weapon I enjoyed I’d I walked out to return the rental weapon and turned around and saw they had it in a range kit that came with a holster, 3 mags, a mag holster, and a bunch of different sized grip all of that was a cheaper price than I was quoted at a sportsman store so I got to find the weapon I wanted and walked out that day with it. Can’t speak highly enough about the staff either. All very respectful and understanding.

This shop and range are top notch. Excellent customer service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend going there.

I drive by here all of the time. I have never been here, or owned a pistol in 9 years. I was in and out within 20-25 min with a Glock 26. Glad I could buy here instead of a chain store. I will be back to practice with it. Nice people working there too.

Great facility, awesome staff. Comfortable waiting area and lots of bays. 2 ranges have viewing windows for non shooters which is really cool.

I took advantage of one of the available training courses Crossroads offers. The instructor was knowledgeable and friendly, and the class was very helpful. Crossroads has many guns available for rent, which is nice before making a purchase. I also attended the Glock day, which allowed me to try out several different guns for just the price of the ammo. The staff was very helpful and patient. They answered all of my questions and helped me select a gun for purchase. Their shop is well-stocked with a large variety of weapons and accessories. The staff did not push me toward a certain brand or pressure me so they could get a sale. In the end, I was very satisfied with my purchase. They honored their online stores prices on items, which I recommend because they are significantly lower in most cases. The shooting range is top notch. The ammo and accessories seem to be competitively priced. I look forward to taking more training and being a regular on the range.

Very nice store and exceptional service.

Place is very clean and updated. Their gun rental program is very nice since it allows you to find out what you really want. Only issue I’ve found is customer service; it’s really hit and miss since some employees have great attitudes and are eager to help while others are not.

Great first time experience. Was helped out by Vance in making my first gun purchase and he was super knowledgable and patient throughout the whole process and made several recommendations to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Would highly recommend this place!

Was in looking for a new handgun and had great assistance from Jacks and got me on the range as well. Quick and easy process and was a nice range and everyone very friendly. Went back a bit later with my sons and had a great experience shooting. I recommend Crossroads for the great staff and very nice facilities.

Coffee is always hot. Indoor range where weather is never an issue. Great range to introduce firearms to the women in your family. Large following of the womens shooting group: The Well Armed Women. Great selection of rental guns with a large selection of ammunition.

For my first visit the staff was great. Very informative and helpful. Modern and easy to use range but the range could be lit up a little better. All and all very satisfied and will be back.

Nice place. Enjoyed the displays for moving to a particular distance. Price seemed high, but taking into account it was for all day - I was able to at least accept it. It was busy when I last visited, so they stated it was just an hour max, then you could come back later with your receipt if you wanted to. Seemed fair, but still an inconvenience. Would appreciate if they discounted the rates when that happens.

One of the best shooting ranges Ive ever been to. The employees love guns and have no problem sharing their extensive knowledge. They dont care if you are a beginner or an expert, you are treated the same. They are however a bit pricey and their ammo is expensive. But they have a wide array of guns to rent abs plenty to buy. All in all, my my experience couldnt have been better.

The facility itself is an amazing indoor range. That alone would earn it my 5-star.However, CrossRoads goes above and beyond. Their staff is competent and happy to help, their prices are more than competitive, and the other shooters have been great, too.

Was looking for a mag for a special pistol. Went to 3 different shops and never found it but they had it! Had an awesome selection and awesome gun range

Very reasonable rates, staff was helpful and willing to explain various details articulately. The only drawback was that they didnt allow reloaded ammunition to be fired here but, I can understand the liabilitiy concerns of why they dont and they had very reasonably priced ammo available. I Will definitely come back to shoot here again!

Terrible service!!! There website AND Facebook page said they were open until 8 pm. My wife and I arrived at 6:05 for a date and they said they closed at 7 and stopped taking new customers at 6:00 and turned us away.

The manager was very helpful for first time shooters. He offered us to try different guns and gave us helpful tips. Loved the customer service they offered.

We went in to ask a few questions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They all took the time to say hi and offer their help. Tom spent alot of time with us and gave us a wealth of information. Nobody acted like it was a bother to help us nor did we feel rushed. Have had this same type of service everyone I have went. Highly recommend. ....

Very nice facility - great staff!I showed up with a buddy, on first-ever visit, with a rifle and about six pistols and they set us up quickly, gave us a lane that wasnt busy, offered up no-pressure anything else we needed. Clean, modern, and the location isnt inconvenient if you live in DSM.I would have jumped on the yearly membership after that first visit if only they were open on Mondays (my only weekday off). Totally good experience there. Looking forward to another visit next week.

1st time being there, didnt get to talk to staff of the facility because I was invited by Sig promotional staff as their guest but facility seemed very clean and well equipped. Sometimes cleanness speaks more then words. I think its well managed and operated. Seem to be stocked on products. I belong to 2 private clubs so I dont get to come here often but what I was told is that they dont allow to bring in your hand loads there and for me that is very important because I practice with consistent and well made ammo. Thats the only reason for 4 stars. If I was misinformed on that I apologize and am willing to retract my statement on that.

Im new at all this and they took time to explain everything so I could get myself and family signed up for the right classes. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Also explained how they keep everyone safe. Cant wait to go to my first class!

I was visiting from out of state and brought my girlfriend here to shoot. Very nice facilities and the price is very reasonable. Equipment and lane works very well. You can set distance for the targets. The staff was very professional and explained the waiver process pretty well. They dont carry much AR-15 ammo, but what they do carry is really over priced, +.50 cents a round. Be sure to bring enough ammo and targets to last you the day. The equipment selection was also pretty well available. Very good location and facility; I will be revisiting soon.

As a person traveling to Iowa from california who happened to have my permit to acquire,I was able to come around in this area and find a shooting range to rent an AR 15 of which I am looking into buying. These guys were awesome, great service and great selection of other guns of course as well. They offered a lot of advice for what to look for. Would definitely come here again,great gear,selection, and service.

Went there to shoot my new smith and wesson shield 9mm. I went in got signed in or however you put it. I told the guy at the counter I am very new to the firearms world and needed just a little insight on the whole shooting experience, he was very knowledgable told me a little about the range how to work the target return set up my yardage. Just made me feel welcome. Very nice experience will definitely be back.

I took a class with Paul & learned a lot! I’m now happily a lifetime member & can’t recommend Crossroads enough! They also host a fundraising event for PuppyJake Foundation which acquires, trains & gives service dogs to veterans for free! Thank You Crossroads!!!!!!

Just know that I have had some bad experiences and will not be returning. I have friends that witnessed some of these events and have had experiences of their own and will not be returning.If you are considering a membership, especially a lifetime membership (as I was), please visit several times (maybe get a punch card), to get a feel for the place. Remember, CrossRoads is not the only range in town.And before you post a negative review, be advised that they will annotate it on your account that you did. You may be confronted by the GM when you check-in at the counter as well.

Update: Have had a few friends have some REALLY bad customer service problems both with people behind the counter and the owner himself. Wont be back to this place.Good, clean place to shoot. The reasons Im not giving 5 stars:1. They place shooters with rifles next to shooters with pistols.2. Showed up at 6:10p (knowing they close at 7p) to shoot a few rounds and was told they dont take shooters after 6p. Looking at the range there were 2 bays open. If this is the policy, post it on the website and your Google discription. Poor customer service guys.

The staff is friendly and the range is nice. However, they will gouge you on the price. If you want to shoot here bring your own ammo and targets. I always swing by JTs to grab ammo before I go. Selection of hand guns is good selection of rifles in stock is almost non existent. Further, the price of their accessories and gear is probably double what you would pay on the internet. Overall good place to shoot and purchase a handgun, look elsewhere for your other needs

Been going here 3 years. Today 7/22/2017 take friends to go shooting and was gonna buy 2 guns. We wait an hour still no lane. I ask when we are next and we are told that members have priority..Really? Theres no signs that say that. Ask for a membership and they give an off the wall price of $817.00. WOW. Ask for a vet discount and Im told its for active vets only...again wow. I and my wife are both disabled vets. And your goiing to tell us that active vets only? Really? How about I go to the media or inside edition put them in the national spotlight. Im a paying customer and was going to buy to guns also. Total would have been a little oiver $1200.00 with tax. Boss isnt going to be happy about that. Lost a BIG sale. If.your not a member you only get an hour on the lane. Gow.long do members get all day?
