The ice cream is delicious with all the different mix in options. The manager is one of the sweetest people and always ready to engage in conversation. Definitely one of our favorite new places!

Neat place! Serving size was on the smaller side for the $...but considering how unique the process is to make the ice cream its understandable....The ice cream tasted great and was not too sweet!Now the bad...my wife has celiac disease (requiring her to be gluten free). The owners took enough time to note gluten free items on the menu....but considering the process on how they prepare the ice cream.... anyone with celiac disease will clearly see they have a huge cross contamination issue! They used the same surface to makes my wifes gluten free ice cream as mine that had gluten in it with no cleaning prior! Same could be said for peanut allergies!Still...the staff was very nice...and the product was very tasty...even the owners had a sense of humor having a favorite named Deez-Nutz!Adjust the price a little and dedicate a gluten free prep surface and this easily gets 5 stars!

I highly recommend this little ice cream shop! They offered dairy free and vegan ice cream options along side fruit. I feel it is great for those looking for healthier options that need to satisfy your sweet tooth. The staff is always friendly, and treats you like gold. I feel like family every time I go in.

I Highly, highly, highly recommend Sweet Swirls Rolled Ice Cream! It wins hands down in the Ice Cream department. I was excited to hear that they also have Gluten Free and Dairy Free Ice Cream, because my daughter-n-law has to have Dairy Free Ice Cream. She said it is hard to find. You need not look any further than Sweet Swirls. You also could not find a sweeter and kinder lady than Carrier Archer.

My kids and I visited this evening 3/22/19 and were pleasantly greeted by Robert. He was patient, engaged in conversation and very courteous. I was even impressed with the simple gesture of him checking the back of my card and asking to see my ID as I request on it, most businesses dont even bother looking at the name. The environment was clean and welcoming. We will be frequent visitors this summer 😊

My daughter and I’s go to Daddy Daughter Date spot! She loves picking from the many creative flavors they have to offer and then getting to watch as they roll the ice cream into delicious sushi shaped rolls right in front of our eyes. The atmosphere is super chill and the service super friendly, especially the manager, Carrie, who is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet and greets us with a smile every time we come in. 😁

Great service from every employee Ive interacted with. Excellent options for customizing your own variations of ice cream rolls. Definitely my go to for when my sweet tooth hits.

I have been here once before, and enjoyed it and the kids love to watch them make their deserts. Tonight I came back, it was kinda busy...my car got hit in the parking lot and the girls put my ice cream in the freezer while I talked to the cops. They were very empathetic. And it’s not a tricky parking lot just a couple of minors joy riding. 🙄 But I hope this review gets to the manager to say you have a good team!

If you havent been here yet youre missing out!! We got the chocolate cookie monster and fluffy unicorn. Both were amazing and so was the customer service! We will definitely be regulars here!

Great rolled ice cream. You can even choose make-your-own or vegan options. You get to watch them make it, and if I say so myself, its very satisfying!

We go there for the lactose intolerant option. She can order ice cream the way she wants it with the vegan mix. She LOVES it! The staff is always so nice. They take the time to clean a plate and make sure it is 100% lactose free. Its fun watching them and options are endless.

Went with a friend and had expectations from a previews visit. When l went the lady was super nice and friendly made great conversation. However l was expecting to have defined rolls, tasting each layer of the rolls (like before) and then they were melty and just devolved in my mouth. Also l got a regular size but it was the same amount of ice cream as it would of been for a small, only in a bigger cup so there was just space if air.

My first time there and the owner was very nice and engaging, she showed me how the whole process worked since it was my first time. It was fun watching them put it all together and the ice cream was delicious! I look forward to taking my kids!

Went for the first time tonight with my husband and 2 young sons, per my teenage daughters recommendation. Everyone tried something different and everyone left happy. Totally fun way to have ice cream, the indoor seating is a major plus, and the staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful (all the staff we saw working were teens, and they were VERY well trained in excellent customer service!). Our family is very excited for this new option in our neighborhood.

Came by on a break from work and I’m hooked. I love this place. It was my first time trying rolled ice cream. The people there were also very nice. I will be returning often and referring my friends.

I came here with a group on a week night and we were greeted upon entering. They have a standard menu of ice creams but you can also create your own. I ordered the smores ice cream. Its entertaining to watch them create the ice cream rolls and a fun mixup from the standard scoops of most ice cream parlors. The ice cream tasted as good as it looked. Ill definitely be back come summer time!

Such a great little ice cream shop! Loved the friendly service and the delicious ice cream!

I ordered a large cup with blueberries and almonds. They put 4 blueberries in the concoction. 4. And the rolls were far below the rim of the cup. My friend ordered a large with bananas and strawberries and had an entire banana and 6 large strawberries and the rolls of ice cream were an inch above the cup. Whipping cream was running out in the can so it was all liquid. It was a mess. I know they are new in this location but we do not see a reason to return. $13. 4 blueberries. Sorry we betrayed you Baskin Robbins...

Tastes good, interesting idea. The guys there really seemed to like their job with writing my kids name in sauce etc. Reccomended!

Friendly service, yummy ice cream! Would be 5-stars, but a little pricey for the serving sizes. Worth it every once in awhile.

I wrote to the owner about my experience about a month ago, she never replied to my email about one of the employees making gross comments to me and my friends and making us uncomfortable. I came back about two weeks ago and the same thing with the same employee happened. I don’t think I will be returning because of this. The owner not emailing me back made me more angry because she continued to allow this to happen even after I emailed at first.

Great place to take the kids, and adults, for a special treat. The workers there are super friendly and do a great job of helping first timers out.

Sloooooow. Here on a Saturday afternoon and only one employee. Arrived at 2:20, just getting ice cream finally made at 2:50. Then finished half our order and moved on to the doordash online order! Wow! First visit and will not be back. Left at 3 pm with 2 cups of our 4 and a refund. Disappointing.

Ice cream was very good, kind of expensive, the first lady at the counter was rude but fake nice. When friend asked for a water she said, “well your gonna have to wait” becuase she had already rang in the stuff when my friend wasnt even ready. They ask you if u have been there before and i said no but when i got up to where they make your ice cream she just blankly starred at me and i didnt know what to do! :/
