We purchased a top quality electric stove from r and r that worked great. We then moved and needed a gas stove. We traded down and got 75 dollars cash. The initial gas stove didnt work. The second one they had to come back and fix. We only had it since October. Its broke. R and r said warranty ran out and it would cost at least 55 dollars to fix. I feel like my wife got hustled into buying a bad stove.

Got a washer and dryer, they brought it up and installed them, after 4 months my washer and dryer are running great, this is an edit of the review. 3 years later I still have a running washer and dryer. I did have to replace the dryers heating element but it was a cheap wand easy fix. My washer is still running like a champ. Money well spent on used items.

They bought my stove for 25 dollars after telling me it was broke and they were gonna use it for parts but yet when I went to get the money a couple weeks later it was on there floor with a sold tag on it....and I know it was the same one although they told me it wasnt but there were Marks on mine and the one that was fixed with the parts from mine had the exact Marks that mine did but whatever I was told that would happen to me and I didnt listen i gave them the benefit of the doubt and further more i never said I was gonna sell it to them for parts I explained I had to go out of town and I would be down in a few weeks when I got back it was sold.... well the one the fixed with my parts was sold.

I bought a dryer on March 29th. On April 4th it broke. I was well within the 30 day warranty. I called the owner who assured me he would have it fixed and his repair guy would call. After waiting over a week I called back. I again was assured it would get fixed. The repair man never called, never showed up. The owner never called back. I kept trying to get the dryer fixed by R@R but everytime I called the owner had some excuse why the repair guy wasnt working that day. Finally he promised me he was sending the guy right over. 5 hours later they finally called me and told me the repair guy was too busy fixing his own air conditioning and qont be showing up. Now Ive had to spend my own money to file a small claim with the Windber Magistrate to recover my money. See you in court R@R. And Ill be suing for much more than the cost of the dryer. Filing complaints with the BBB and PA Dept of Commerce.

Great place to go if you are in need of appliances for a discounted price

So last month my moms washing machine went out on her so she needed a new one to replace obviously so she asked what her best bet would be seeing as she knew she would be moving in a little over a month. I suggested renting one from your rent an center or Aarons seeing as she was moving into one of the towers downtown and wasnt sure she would be able to take appliances with her. She also did some research and decided to check R&R out while down there she spoke to the owner she explained to him her moving situation and also that she usually wasnt the one who handled these purchases and that her husband/my dad had passed away in July this past year. The owner Robert Rose told her that he would absolutely take care of her and was sympathetic to her situation in fact he would do even better and sell her a $300 washing machine and if she was not able to take it with her he would purchase it back for the 300 since shed only have it a few weeks and also purchase her existing dryer from her as well. She was thrilled called me and told me just how nice of a man he was. So she purchased it on February 19th now my mom and my sister live together just them and maybe have done 2 loads of laundry since getting the machine(which R&R didnt hook up). Since then my mother found out she would not be able to take the machine with her and called the owner about his deal in which he told her he would come pick it up and check it out to make sure there was no damage and go from there. This morning he came to check it out told her he never gave her that deal and would purchase the washer back along with the dryer for 100 bucks 😮😮😮 I called and asked him if he could explain why he wouldnt hold up his end of the agreement and he told me there never was one and she could take the 100 or leave it. Is this how we do business these days make sales under false pretenses and take advantage of elderly women especially one whos world just crashed down upon her not even a year ago.

Do not buy from this company!!! I brought a refrigerator from them and it never worked correctly. When I called for them to come out to fix the problem the owner said I was one day late of my 30 day warranty and gave me a number to a repair guy and said I would have to pay the man myself. The guy never answered any of my calls. Never buy from a company that sell used appliances and only give you 30 day warranty usually they have something to hide. I lost my money and they can care less. They boost their prices sky high for ugly old used appliances because its a small town with limited resources. They are sweet and nice at first but once you buy from them they get rude and disrespectful in other words you are doomed. Buy at your own risk!!!
