Went in expecting great things to get my 2017 Polaris Sportsman fixed and serviced. I have had nothing but problems with it since I purchased it. I was not greeted when I entered the building. I had to wait for someone to come to the front. When the sales person got to the counter, he had no customer service. Nothing but an attitude given to me when I was asking about what we can do to fix the quad. I was nice to him even though I was upset about the problems with the quad. It was very awkward trying to talk to him. He had very short answers and got frustrated when I asked him about a recall on my quad. Their services are very overpriced. $85/hr and $90 for a basic oil change. I ended up just taking the quad with me since he refused to fix the power steering even though there is a recall on it. I plan on finding another dealer that has good customer service and doesnt get irritable when just being asked questions about how to fix a quad that I bought 2 years ago that has had more repairs than any quad Ive ever owned.

Great sales and service.
