Matthew did a great job walking us through the various options for both a mattress and adjustable base. He really listened to us and answered all our questions. He was not pushy or tried to us sell us. Would recommend the Johnstown location to anyone looking for new bedding.

Daniel is one of the best sales associates of all time. He was understanding of my current beds issue and helped me pick the right one. They were out of the size I wanted, and I paid for it already. But Dan helped me out by selling me a king size bed, and both box springs for a great price. I spent almost 500$ on a king size bed AND box springs! That man deserves a raise

Great mattress was unaware that they could sell a once returned sanitized certified mattress for a fraction of the price. Bought one and would have no clue that it wasnt brand new came wrapped in plastic and everything .. $3500 for $900 yup ill take that deal everyday

I needed a mattress and box spring like yesterday cause our bed was old and beat. I got online and seen the set I wanted at mattress firm johnstown. So I called and like everything else on line its never available. Well I spoke to a younger gentleman named Cliff and he was outstanding. He took great care of me and got me a better mattress for leas cause it was discounted. If you need a bed I recommend you call and ask for Cliff. He may be young but he knows his beds . Thanks Cliff my wife and I are very pleased.

In the last 2 years we have bought 2 different mattresses the first time we really didnt shop around and got a mattress we hated from a different mattress store. Went into Mattress Firm a few weeks ago, the customer service was top notch, zero pressure, and they even made sure we were super comfortable with our decision before we made the purchase. They didnt even pressure us to buy their most expensive products. The owner was very upfront with us about everything, no sales person pushiness what so ever.

Ron was an excellent salesman. He gave all the information we could have wanted to make an informed decision and at no point was pushing for a close to make a sale. Id highly recommend to anyone.

Ive never had a more disappointing experience with any company. The sales experience was fine, and the product seems fine, too. The delivery is where everything went wrong.I inquired specifically at purchase about removal. I was instructed by the salesperson that it was one for one, in other words, if you bought a box spring and mattress they took a box spring and mattress. The contract you sign with the company says exactly as much, too.On delivery day, that was not the case. The delivery team refused to remove the old mattress and box spring because, after spending 13 years in a childs room it was soiled. In the process, one of the two delivery men (the other was fine) was very arrogant and rude with my wife and daughter, actually bringing my daughter to tears by calling her dirty. Unfortunately (maybe fortunately), I was not home at that moment.Understandably, I began making phone calls immediately. The companys initial offer to keep me from cancelling the sale was pitiful. $20 off and I could have the pleasure of dragging what THEIR contract EXPLICITLY says they will do during delivery and haul the items a one hour round trip from my home to dispose of them in their dumpster.After a few more calls, they finally made me happy enough not to cancel the sale. The CSR explained to me that they have a policy to not take soiled materials for fear of contaminating the other new products on the truck - you know, the ones wrapped and sealed in thick plastic.The long and the short of it is this is a company that has a policy in direct opposition to the terms you agree to when paying for delivery. Its an illegal practice. The company was in full breach of its own contract.I would never shop here again as you cannot trust this company to live up to its own sales agreement. Just drive a half block down the road. There are mattress stores on every corner and most seem to operate in an honorable fashion and dont insult their customers in their own homes.
