I have ordered many times from them for Eastern Elevator and I have always had prompt and friendly service. When I do my kitchen floor I know who I am calling.

This company will rob you blind. If youre in need of flooring look at Homedepot or Lowes or just look on the internet this is truly a disgraceful company. The owners never around and the front desk salesman will lie right to your face costing you thousands. Totally disgusting company. Buyer beware, if you have to get more of the same tile you will have to go through Kreative Floors and over pay or change your floor. A truly deceptive company.
