Went in today and walked out with a brand new Mitsubishi. Brian worked with me to make sure everything went smooth. Was in and out in like an hour, and even went over the car and all the gadgets on how they work. Definitely would recommend.

When my vehicle was totaled, a friend at work recommended I visit Hollern to look for a new vehicle. Ive always been the kind to be skeptical of car dealers, but I trusted my friend so I decided to give them a try. Keith, Brian, and Jim all helped me throughout the process at one time or another, and everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I never got the gross feeling that I usually get when I walk into a car shop once. The price was fantastic on the 2016 Kia Forte I ended up purchasing, and I didnt find any surprises in the condition of the car, the cost, or anything for that matter. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and with their service, and look forward to doing business with them in the future (and recommend all my friends and family to do the same)!

I purchased a used motorcycle with 38 miles on it. Yes....only 38 miles.I brought the motorcycle home and it leaked oil down the side of the engine after the first short ride. A quick phone call to Hollern and Sons resulted with the option to have it repaired or bring the bike back. You couldnt ask for better customer service. I bought a truck at Hollern yesterday. The experience could not have been more positive. The truck was at the price advertised, no last minute surprises, and the price was better than others on-line by a lot (and i did a lot of research on-line). And Lewis and Brian from Hollern could not have been more helpful or more low key in their sales approach (no high pressure, no point where i thought, these guys are trying to come up with an angle). I would recommend Hollern highly to anyone considering an auto purchase. And, my 2016 Ram Laramie is great, low mileage and in perfect condition. Thanks Hollern, i appreciate the great service.

Greatest dealership ever! They truly take care of their customers! We are on our third vehicle from them. We never had any problems before. We bought a van almost 3 weeks ago and everything was going great. We had the van for a week and half and were leaving for vacation. Driving up Eisenhower blvd. and it started overheating. We got it up to the dealership and they tried to figure out what was wrong, werent sure what was wrong, tried to get it into Laurel but couldnt due to almost closing time. Brought water to our dog, offered to put their dogs in an office do we could bring ours inside. Asked if there was anything they could get us . Truly concerned about what was happening.They loaned us a van to take that was almost exactly the same as ours so we didnt have to delay our vacation. Had ours fixed when we came back and all it good! They could not have been more helpful or nicer! We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will always go back to them for our next vehicle.

I had been searching for a used newer pickup truck for 6 months and was beginning to lose hope after dealing with bait and switch tactics from a car dealer in the State College, Pa area. I found the truck I wanted online, but because of the distance I could not visit the dealer immediately. From the description online I was prepared to buy this truck but I wasnt able to visit until 4 days later. I understand the bird in hand concept of car selling and knew that the dealer couldnt hold the car until I made the 90 mile trip in 4 days. I emailed the dealer and received a response immediately and Brian Hollern kept in constant contact with me throughout this time and held the truck for me on the day that I made the trip to the dealership. The truck was exactly as advertised and Brian went the extra mile to help with the business transaction. I have been on this planet long enough to qualify as a senior citizen and this transaction was the most painless that I have ever experienced. I am now the happy owner of a lightly used 2017 Tacoma truck purchased at Hollern & Sons, and I will be making the 180 mile round trip for my next car.

My wife and I bought a used truck from Brian. Ive bought plenty of vehicles, and this ranks as one of the most pleasant experiences Ive ever had. We were in and out in 2 hours: no games, no ploys, just an all around straight forward car purchase.We are in the market for a second car as well, and though its an hour and a half drive - well be more than willing to make the trip.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years (yes, I am old) and I have never had a better buying experience. These folks are are very good to deal with. Like many people these days, I did most of my car searching via the internet. I found what I was looking for at Hollern, made the deal and then went two states away from my home to get the vehicle. The car was exactly what they represented and the entire process went very smooth. No hassles, no pressure, just a very nicely handled business transaction. If you are in the market for a near new vehicle, you just couldnt do better than buying from Hollern. My only regret is that I did not have an opportunity to meet the dogs.

My wife and I purchased her 2017 Dodge Durango R/T there from Joe Walters back in sept. We live on Long Island NY and Joe was the best at making sure all our questions and concerns about the vehicle were answered before I drove all the way there. Really good service and great prices. Both the Joes are really nice guys. Keith is really straight up- you dont feel like theyre trying to rip you off. Bought a 2014 Honda CRV with these guys. Came back a week after the purchase because there was a strange noise coming while braking. They did a free diagnostic and surfaced the rotors for free (the rotors had caught some of the brake pad on them from standing in the parking lot for a month). Very impressive.

Great lightly used cars and sales staff that dont pressure you to buy

We have been researching cargo vans for a new business that we are opening and came across Hollern and Sons website. We live about 75 miles away from Johnstown so my husband called on a Saturday morning and spoke to Joe Walters about three vans they had on their lot. After a no pressure and no double talk conversation with Joe, we decided to make the trip to test drive the vans. We could not have been more pleased from the time we stepped into the door until we left that day. Joe Walters and Keith Hollern made us feel right at home and answered all of our questions thoroughly and with an honesty that we have never experienced when making an auto purchase. We werent quite ready to buy that day, but the price was right and the van was exceptional (2015 with only 700 miles at a great price) so we called Joe on Monday and made an appointment to meet with Brian Hollern to complete the purchase paperwork on Wednesday morning. We received the same top notch service from Brian too! We will not hesitate to visit Hollern and Sons first for our future business and personal auto needs.

Cars are CLEAN. Joe is such a great help, Keith and Brian who own the place are straight forward. The ladies who work there are super nice and love kids. We have bought two cars from the Hollerns as of now. They are not pushy like most, they are just simply helpful. If you dont find something you like on their lot, Keith and Brian will find it for you. They are very picky of the cars they put on their lot and make sure the car you buy from them will be better than any dealership. Iss hard to find a place that sells cars that you can trust, but I trust Hollerns. My only regret is that I wont have to buy another car from them again soon because the last two they sold me are good cars.
