If you have a computer issue especially if its a Lenovo talk to Kevin! I had zero luck trying to get my keyboard fixed on a brand new low end Best Buy Lenovo laptop. I dropped it off and Kevin handled the warranty issue.

I have purchased some PCs and laptops from OTS. Ive never had any problems with them. I have a tendency to run computers into the ground and the ones i get from OTS seams to hold up better than the ones i piece meal together.
