Went to buy direct to metal paint (machine paint) from them. First interaction went well. We chose our colors and went back to purchase the paint only to have an employee, that was not there the original day, tell us he would not sell us the paint because he didnt feel like we knew what we were talking about. We already discussed this with a supervisor who said we were well informed. He was also extremely rude with a really bad attitude and treated us like idiots. Wouldnt even let us explain the project. Dont waste your time if youre looking for a good customer experience.

We hired Don Moore from Johnstown to paint our 1 car garage. Also needed one coat of paint in our kitchen. He gave us a price of 650 for the entire job. The paint for the garage walls was included. I purchased the epoxy kits for the floor and paint for the kitchen. He started asking for more money. We noticed tools missing. Brought filthy drop cloth, ladders IN TO OUR HOME. We had to call the police after we asked him to leave. Missed places with paint. That we have to have repainted. Not a good experience with the painter. They listened to our complaints. Offered no other solutions except another painter.
