Very poor ownership & supervisors. They promise you the world and never deliver. And dont expect a raise every year either. I went without a raise for almost 3 years. Some guys never get raises, they literally tell them they make to much. I guess milk, eggs, gas, and bills dont go up every year cause they are already high enough. Do yourself a favor dont work there save you some time & troubles

I worked here for several years before becoming disabled the owner is very Pro employee and pro community in my own situation my employer jwf went out of their way to make sure I was covered under their disability insurance where they could have just not said a thing and I would have went past the deadlines and never been covered for the insurance and they would have saved money
