This is a bit of a non-standard review because I havent bought anything from the main store. I only shop on the tobacco side. That being said, they have an amazing selection of sheesha and supplies for your Hookah. Its really the only place in Johnstown to get that stuff (that I know of anyway) but even if it wasnt the selection would keep me coming back. They had even expanded their selection the last time I was in.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Incredible food. You can order breakfast, lunch, or dinner all day! Very kid friendly and quiet atmosphere. Great for the whole family!

Love the staff and all the things they have in their store! On the left side I get amazing products and they always are helping me with all questions! And they have so many incense! Love it

I havent been on the party side very much however I visit the tobacco side all the time! They have a great selection for ALL of your smoking needs! They have friendly, educated staff and odd things you cant find elsewhere.

This place is our first stop when we want to coordinate matching stuff a birthday party, and the kids love looking through the rubber ducks for fun/funny ones. Would like to look into the vape side of the store sometime when the little ones arent with me!

TERRIBLE customer service!! The 2 woman are so rude and ignorant I cannot believe people go in there again after dealing with them! Popped my Mylar balloons I took to get filled and blamed me, said I bought garbage from the Internet, I will NEVER go there again- the outhouse is always friendly and has terrific customer service! I thought Id try this place because it was closer to my daughters shower venue and would save me some time, big mistake!lesson learned! After telling people what happened no one was surprised, they all had their own stories to tell about them😡

Reasonably priced great location and staff. Great variety of anything you need for any themed party.

Never have anything anymore maybe because they are moving but that is a bad excuse if you ask me if the store is just moving across the street you should still be able to order items for your customers Mr. Mustache! THANK GOD FOR AMAZON PRIME .

This place SUCKS. The one guy that always has this pony tail cards me every OTHER time i come. This place is a lot better when they have smarter people working.

Ive been in this store a few times and the customer service has not always been pleasant, but I enjoyed shopping for the things I was looking for. However, after yesterdays experience, I dont know if Ill ever go there again. The lady was so rude and made me feel like an idiot for ordering balloons and for wanting them picked up at 11:00 the next day. When I called to change the color of my balloons because of miscommunication with my family, I felt even worse because they already had the ribbon cut...(I remember this because she told me over and over and over. I offered to pay for the 8 pieces of ribbon that I didnt need and was told, thats not the point.) I honestly feel like a criminal for ordering balloons!! Isnt that what this store is for??? I will take my business elsewhere from now on!!! (or at least until they find new help. One girl is really nice but the rest are horrible!)

For a backwards city like Johnstown, this place has a great collection of water bongs & other assorted paraphernalia for your favorite extracurricular activities. I highly recommend it - support local head shops instead of just buying off the interweb.

The staff have a good knowledge of their inventory, which can be helpful with such a large variety.

Never actually been to the party supplies side, but the headshop is awesome! Picked up an awesome Chameleon Glass pipe a few weeks ago, shaped like Groot.. I AM GROOT! Goin back soon for a DAB pen I got my eyes on..

My little sister, who by the way is 26, and a year away from earning her masters degree, was told by an employee that she was too young to be pregnant and shouldve made better choices. My sister already takes care of two children that arent hers biologically, but loves them like they are! I wish I had the cashiers name, because she needs fired for being rude! I hope nobody shops at the scalp avenue branch near Johnstown!!

Totally disappointed in their customer service. After spending around $50 worth on custom balloons, I was told I could bring them back for air free of charge (closer to the event, as long as I had my receipt). When I did this 75% of the balloons had holes in them and wouldnt hold air. I tried to get my money back or atleast get them to replace them but they would not fulfill my request. I always try to support local companys even if can go online and save a little but after this experience and rudeness of the employee (*noted in other numerous reviews); Amazon will get my next order on party supplies!
