I had the sweetest girl help me. She was patient and kind. She showed me where everything was and even told me where to find the cheaper option. Her name was hope and she said she was new but due to her efforts and making it personal I signed up for rewards and spent well over 200 dollars.Definitely promote her.

I needed two watercolor paintings matted..the best help ever! So patient and kind, and understood that I had to work within a budget.

They are a craft store and they didnt have any fabric by the yard. They had like a little bit of prepackaged fabric that was very expensive. Luckily they had the fabric dye I was looking for but not every color that I need.

Great range of crafting supplies, well stocked. They are understaffed but still very nice and helpful. Prices seem extreme for some items, mostly decor items.

Love coming here they have anything you’re looking for just a bit pricey.

I went to Michaels to buy a picture frame. The employee at the picture frame counter was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He helped me find exactly what I needed.

By far not the nicest store Ive been too. If its something quick and easy you need,ok. I went in for some art supplies butI was disappointed they did not have a bigger selection of wooden templates, store is not appealing, kind of dirty.

Michaels always has a good selection of art supplies and home decor for the season. I like their variety in quality and prices. If you was a brush, paint, markers, they always have a beginner to a professional grade in most art supplies that is great for people of all levels to practice their skills or make a finished piece for an art show !

They were almost sold out of paper and acrylic paints.

Nice merchandise lots of sales after black Friday but in my opinion the sales just bring the prices down to what it shouldve been in the first place. $10.00 for a 25foot rool of ribbon....really at 60% off down to $4.00 is what it is really worth. Not really a sale just a smoke screen. But still nice merchandise non the less.

I really love our Michaels. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, and they seem to have a really good grasp on their products.Today we were looking for Alcohol Ink, and after scouring the store, the first associate we asked directed us to one spot and said they had more in aisle 45. It was pretty fantastic.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. Staff is typically friendly, and the overall cleanliness and organization of the store is on point. Michaels offers many great deals. Download the mobile app or maybe grab a sales paper for a coupon that is valid for 50-60% any one regular priced item. This stores merchandise is impressive in both quantity, as dirty of items, and of course, over all quality of most items.

Very crowded with stock items to maneuver around. I dont like when you can only get 1 person down an aisle and then when the center rows of merchandise is so tight to see things. Stuffy and claustrophobic and especially right now with the social distance. I couldnt even enjoy shopping, I needed out. Not sure if they had what I wanted or not. Sorry.

For crafts its a fine store. Compare prices online to assure you arent paying too much as some of their items seem a tad overpriced.

Just walking into Michaels sure gets you in the spirit of the holidays and the creativity starts flowing. They have everything you need to make your house a home for the holidays and for everyday decorating and crafts.

First, i LOVE Michaels so much!! Their art and craft section has so many choices. (I usually spend an hour in one store 😂) The paper craft section has many designs and their home decor is perfect. Like legit perfect ☺ once you go in, you might not want to leave

Stood in back for online pick-up for 10 minutes after pushing buttons for an associate. She turned off her transmitter so she could talk to a friend. She said she kept looking back there but didnt see anyone. After the wait it went quickly.

Isles to crowded. Lots of stock was out. Ended up elsewhere for most of my items.
