The location is ideal, the store was clean, well organized and the associates were friendly.

I love target just dont like how the cashier treated me, while I paid for my merchandise with my Target gift cards, bar code was not coming up, so she had to enter the number. She didnt want to she kept saying we cant do it like this, and I told her it was done before. She was not a happy camper. She had bad vibes.

Targets whole thing in June is their Pride section. This store has like 5 pride shirts and that’s it. No mugs, pillows, notebooks, candles etc. I was SO excited to get some representation at a reasonable price, especially since I saw other Targets including flags not usually seen by big business, but apparently this particular target doesn’t believe in that. There’s still a TON of Red White and Blue junk but virtually nothing for Pride. Not coming here again. I’m so disappointed in this location.

Love my local store it is super convenience and they carry quality product but Im disappointed to feel that you have to go into the city or next town over just to find what you are looking for when my local store is just around the corner.

I love coming to this Target. The people are very helpful and very nice the place is very clean! I was in a long line and the one girl told me to come in her lane and shell check me out, I think that was pretty nice of her because she was getting ready to go on brake.

My most recent visit to Target was a great success. Not only did I find that perfect gift for someone special at such a great deal, I was able to get items that I routinely use at a discounted price as well. The associate that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. My checkout experience was pleasant and quick. Store is always clean, clearly labeled and well stocked. I enjoy my shopping experience at Target every time I shop!

I love Target but this location has some managers that are not very nice. They have signs up everywhere about the spend $100 get $20 giftcard. But it doesnt apply to in-store purchase. Thats fine, so why not add that on the exclusions? The manager honored it but said its not applicable to in store purchase. I recommend adding that to sign!

I came in here looking for birthday balloons, but got distracted by the wide selection and fantastic prices.

It happened 01/12/20. My delivery was 6 miles away from here. I was out of time and parked in front of main entrance at 03:30am. I woke up at 12:30pm. During my sleeper time SOMEBODY STOLE my product. Three Pallets and half of two pallets gone. I found my seal on the floor and I called police. BE CAREFUL Truck drivers!!!

Why are they closed again early on Wednesday at 5 pm?! This is irritating!

Stopped by to get drinks, place was nice and clean. Lines weren’t too long and checkout was prompt. Definitely will come again if ever in town.

I did find items that were not normally at the store I shop, but there were items missing that seem like they should be staples at every store. Wish the prices were more competitive, I expect to pay more at Target so I rarely shop there.

Target is my go to store for almost everything! ....Lana - sales associate helped me kindly finding a sweatshirt. She actually looked into the system, went to stockroom and brought back exactly what I wanted. I WAS SO EXCITED AND THANKFUL. Lana was very polite with amazing patient.

I love everything about target! The pickup technology is amazing and I never have to wait more than a min or two! Every store is always so clean and organized, and whoever does the marketing needs a raise! I always buy more than I came for! Even down to the quality of the carts and the fact that I can grab Starbucks on my way out. I love target!

When I arrived at the store I was trying to look up my order information on my email to see if I had selected inside pickup or curbside and I could not find the email while sitting in curbside a worker came to my car asked if I needed help and he asked for my name and looked it up for me and said he would grab my items for me even though it ended up being for inside pickup very nice of him

It was open. Had a decent amount of product and staff were diligently wiping down register area and carts after each customer. Nice to see no used gloves or masks on the ground in the parking lot.

Walked to Entrance at 7:45 pm and was turned away by employee telling me the store is closed. The sign clearly states hours of 8 am to 8pm. Guessing Target is doing so well they no longer need my business!

Loss prevention made sure to make my fiance feel super uncomfortable by following her throughout the entire store. Its one thing to be discreet and suspecting shoplifting but he made it a point to look at her and smirk and nod his head. With all the trafficking going on this made her entire shopping trip uncomfortable, followed her to the makeup, the baby section, everywhere she went even the dressing rooms. Even all the way to checkout where he instructed the cashier to check everything she was purchasing. Obviously she didnt take nor plan on taking anything this was simply a case of profiling and quite frankly doing too damn much.

Megan in electronic department goes far above in helping. She has helped us numerous times in the past few weeks and has been a great help.I wish she could get some kind of recognition for the hard work she does

I can go to get everything I need and not pay top dollar for everything if I don’t want to. Every staff member I saw while shopping said hello to me and some asked how I was doing or if I needed any help. Super friendly and an amazing and clean store! I love target :)

The checkout area/line was a mess. I have been to Target stores in other towns and there is always an employee directing people where to go and making sure people are distancing. At this store there were several employees standing there but they were too busy on their phones texting and talking to each other. I had several people cut in front of me as I was trying to follow distancing protocol.

The new drive-up option is my new favorite thing in the WHOLE WORLD. I drive past a Target on my way home from work and I can just drive up, get my items, and be on my way. As a full-time working mom with a 30 min commute my time is extremely valuable to me, Target makes picking up the things I need extremely convenient.

Trying to exchange diapers. I bought wrong size. They currently sell for $25 any size of luvs. Wanted to give me $10 for the wrong size & pay full price for the right one. Then wanted to give me $20 for the wrong size & expect me to purchase right size for $25. How is this right?????? I spend easily $500 a month on baby stuff. I have 2 baby boys. Makes me not want to ever return........

My toaster broke. I purchased one to be picked up through their drive up delivery. I got it home and plugged it in. One side works; the other side does not. I called within an hour of pickup. They will not take it back!!!!Sold a defunct object.

Ive never had a bad experience at Target, especially when it comes to returns and price adjustments! My husband is a chronic returner because he changes his mind a lot and they always greet us with a smile and are cooperative. The staff at your lemont, IL and Willowbrook, IL are personally exceptional!

Alyssa in the fitting room was very friendly. She suggested that I check out the clothing in the clearance area because there were some great deals going on at the time, and gave her helpful opinion on a few items I tried on. Great employees like this are the reason I love to shop here.

Ordered four items for pick up and they did not have two in stock but still let me order them. No empathy, no-make good offered for the inconvenience. I don’t feel they value their shoppers.

I had to return an item and lost my receipt, but they were very helpful and returned my items anyway. I was also able to find many items that I didnt know target sold; ie. groceries. Very convenient and staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom very well kept as well.

A young man brought me to the self-checkout to help cut back on the lines forming at the registers, where he began to scan and bag my items while also assisting other customers. He was friendly, respectful, and more than willing to help everyone around him, which made a long day a little easier.

2 hour drive up is a life saver with kids for diapers and essentials! Even did my back to school shopping that way. Employees are always so wonderful and pleasant.

I’m not sure if Rick was the Supervisor or Manager but he was very rude & helpless!!!! I purchased a cell phone Nov 2nd & tried returning it Nov 3rd. Rick tells me they don’t give refunds on cell phones because he was clueless at knowing how to work the register. My receipt specifically said I had until Nov 15th to return it. Jen was called to assist me. She was VERY helpful & immediately gave me a refund. Please have Jen train Rick on Customer service skills because he has NONE!!!!!

Good quality, prices and options

Local Target, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue is selection. Reliability in finding products can be difficult at some target stores. I have better luck at Super targets but there is not one very close to me.

Always clean, friendly, helpful staff, and typically well stocked. The only thing Ive been here for that they were completely out of was the formula for my son. However, I shouldve checked the app to see if they had restocked as the previous week I cleaned them out.

This target, like most is like a portal to another dimension. When you step in the doors, youre automatically graced with a different mindset, like reality as been altered. this could be weird and somewhat frightening for some, or comforting for others. it depends on the kind of person you are. everybody who works there seems to be either gay or unnaturally nice, which like i said above, is subjective. i personally enjoy the target experience, and this target does carry it quite well. good target, great target even.

My home away from home. Love the deals and clearance. Everything is laid out well and easy to find. My items are always stocked and I love finding new items to try.

January 6th, 2020 approximately 3:30/4:00 I was at the self checkout at the Target on Route 30 in Joliet. I had a few items that I scanned and also had a basket storage container that I scanned but realized that the price came up at $25 vs $11.99. There was another basket like this where I got this one in the clearence section on an end cap. Same basket just different color that had a regular price of $36 marked down to $25 and marked on clearence to $11.99. I figured they would be the same price. I decide I did not want it for $25 so I pressed the cancel item key. A screen pops up and tells you to wait for an associate. A young girl comes over that was obviously working the self checkout area and says to me...Why would you bring something to the till if you didnt want it? Im going to just leave this sitting here to see what kind of a response I get back from the manager. Corporate will be my next move.

No one offered any help. The first line I went to enter, as I was getting ready to place my items on the belt, the cashier avoided eye contact and just turned off the lights. I moved to self check. 1 of my items wouldnt scan but I didnt know what the problem was. I waited a few minutes, no one would even look my way. So I moved to another register, the error occurred again. So I moved again this time omitting that item. It wasnt until I was paying that someone finally came over.

We realized my Granddaughter now makes the 4th generation of great times at Target. Especially since they added food. It fun for every age.

My go to place for many health and beauty items. Good sales & I love browsing the clearance rack in the womans department.

I had a very bad experience at this store today. I asked the toy department associate JOE if he can bring me an item from the back and he rudely replied OH IM NOT LOOKING FOR THAT . Last time I shop here.....

I went to this Target because its the closet place to my house. All I needed was baby water. I couldnt find any on the shelves so I asked an employee If they could check in the back. The response I got was sorry we are closing in 5 minutes I cant. All she had to do was scan the barcode with her scanner. Rude and unprofessional. Will never go there again.

I received the notification my order was ready for pick up. I went to the designated area, then received an email that half of my order was unavailable and would be shipped for free, with delivery to be expected close to New Years.I called customer service to inquire if it were possible to pay for expedited shipping, or even pick up the missing items from another store.Neither are options.The only option I was given was to return the items once they arrive, in a week or so.To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.
