I love the ladies in here. They are so good to me. They are always taking care of anything I need and will call to followup if you place an order. They are on it! Barb and Holly are especially friendly.

Showed up before 6 pm to pick up color and doors were locked and older women by the name of Barbara said I was out of luck and that the manager Connie only gives her 15 minutes to close and be out of the store and that I would need to come back tomorrow after I drove her knowing I would get here before they closed very rude and unprofessional lady who needs to work somewhere else This will be the last time I come store

Worst service ever. people are not trained.

By far the most rude and unprofessional location. I called twice to inquire about a single product and they were so lazy to say they didnt want to leave the desk to check on a single product for me. She said that shell put me on hold to check the product but didnt. As she thought to had me on hold and I could hear her conversation with another employee talking in the background saying that I had the nerve to ask her look at the shelves. Im sorry, but isnt that your job? Anyways, it really sucks because anytime I am there with questions or even without questions, they have such a horrible attitude. I would speak with the manager, but I am pretty sure the cranky old woman who is always there is the manager.

The lady with the short hair cut seriously has an attitude like she didnt want to be at work. Its customer service. And I was question before I even checked out if I even had an cosmo prof card... Do not profile me because I asked about hair products. I am a nail tech. Over all rude. I rather drive to Chicago.
