I was able to purchase what I came in for. They are definitely adhering to the pandemic laws. The store is well supplied, clean and neat. You should be able to purchase what you are looking for. I was a happy camper 😊😊😊😂.

Owners and employees are friendly and helpful but items in my opinion are overpriced. I think its ridiculous that stores and business in our community basically price gouge because they are convenient. Long story short, had I gone to a certain hair store (that shall remain nameless) across the bridge I would have spent AT LEAST $40 bucks less...Just irritating...BUT, my hair turned out nice 🙂

No stars for me but they force you to put at least 1. Classic example of whats wrong in low-income neighborhoods. I made one purchase and was charged 3 times. I immediately addressed the issue less than 10 minutes after the purchase, was told that I should let the pending transactions clear first before anything can happen. This was a Saturday. Tuesday the transactions cleared and there was still multiple charges from them. I went to KoKos showed them my bank statement that reflected the multiple charges and they had me talk to a representative from the card company they work with. The agent spoke the same language as the owners and told me I was only charged once. I spoke to my bank before I went to KoKos and after and was told the same thing, I was charged multiple times by this business. Instead of owning up to their error, I was told by KoKos owners/employees that it was a bank error. Ha! I find it funny how they pretended to not know how to use the card reader to get multiple transactions on my account and only cancel one transaction and charge me for 3. This business will not receive another dime from me! BE AWARE ☠️

Most amazing supply store and the most friendly owners youll ever meet. I used to shop here on almost a daily basis and they always had everything I needed in stock. The once in a great while that they were out of something; it was usually a particular human hair in a specific color I needed thats hard to find in the first place, theyd have it there for me the next day.

Stop wasting your hard earned$$$ here. This place is terrible. Does not appreciate your business. Very rude! This guy in the pic tried to put me out the store because I politely told him I was a regular there and I have spent plenty of money with him. I happen to be 20 cents short which he did not appreciate. The items are pricey especially the fake clothes. I only shopped there because it was close to home. Dont go to the one by Certified either they own that one too. I most defiantly drive the distance to Clairs where my money is appreciated and Im appreciated as a customer who is helping there business prosper. Remember you are helping there business prosper so take your$$$ where its appreciated. At Clair Beauty Mart on Jefferson and Hammes.

I decided to take a chance and look at some wigs here although I knew the selection wasnt as big as most stores I frequent and I actually loved the ones I saw. The prices seemed fair and the lady that assists in that area of the store was more than helpful and honest about my choices. I will shop here again and refer people if needed.

The place is cluttered and they need more space. Other than that, I always find exactly what I need here. Find an associate to help you and your out of there in no time. The owner opened a box to find what I wanted. He couldve said we dont have anymore but he didnt, he left from behind the counter and find what I asked for. Kudos to KO KO!
