Garretts popcorn who???? No, this is the best popcorn in the Chicago area!!!! Every single time that I come here, everyone is nice and professional!!! The popcorn is always fresh, warm and delicious. I think I met the owners yesterday, and they were so so nice!! When we have guests to our home, I have to buy this popcorn. No one should be living in this world, and not eating this popcorn!! Yall are AMAZING!!! Please support them!!!

Let me just say not only is this the best popcorn in the Chicagoland area but they really care about their customers I have forgot my phone there on Sunday not knowing that there were closed on Monday and Tuesday they reached out to me through Messenger so let me know to contact them so that they can get my phone so they came in on Sunday just to make sure that I got my phone back and I also had the pleasure to purchase something I would definitely give this place five stars for being so personable with their customers and also given a good quality product!

The owner saw my girlfriend get t-boned at the Jefferson and Hammes intersection. She woke up in the passenger seat of her car... he woke her up and got her out of the car.. stayed with her till I showed up and eventually the cops showed up. Im am forever in his debt. Best Popcorn in Joliet, similar to Garretts Popcorn. All types of flavors. Mixed cheese and Carmel still my favorite. Their Jalapeno cheese is also becoming a favorite of mine. Must try!

Just stopped here for the first time today and the popcorn is great!! I would agree with others that said it’s better than Garrett’s. The caramel corn isn’t super sweet, so it doesn’t over power the Midwest mix. Popcorn is very fluffy while still having that crunch. It’s a local family owned business too! Not a big chain store, so get in there and support a local family and have some great popcorn!

Giving love to Mrs. Gaston for her Professionalism and making this experience worthwhile by allowing me to try to different flavors to her greeting me and making me feel welcome. If you are truly a popcorn fan this is the place to come visit, they have so many different flavors which one is my favorite is the dill pickle flavored popcorn of course lol (So Amazing!!!) and also Their own homemade caramel flavored popcorn is to die for. Our first time trying them. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They had a great selection of popcorn and candies. The popcorn is amazing and I will only be getting turtles from them from here on out.

So many amazing flavors 2 choose from. Very reasonable prices also. Hands down the best Ive ever had. We absolutely love your popcorn!!! It seriously is the best! The cheese corn is to die for and then you guys went one better and coated the caramel corn in the cheese!!!! Heaven. If you’re thinking about trying this place...quit thinking and go!! The popcorn is great!!! The young men provide great customer service; however, the older lady that sits in the corner on her phone is rude and acts as if she’s bothered by assisting customers. She’s a turn off and needs to work in the back. I love the popcorn but hate to see her.

We have a long family history here. My grandpa would get chocolate for my grandma all the time. I love the milk chocolate maple and taffy apples. My kids enjoy coming here. Lots of good stuff.

Stopped in today to check out this place! The popcorn was fresh and delicious! My only issue is the lady did not give a warm greeting. I’m sure it was nothing personal whatever was going on she was wearing it on her sleeve. Seems like she may have been worried about something. I pray that whatever it is God will work it out and everything will be ok. I will go back again and try a different flavor.

I really do love the popcorn here and when it first opened the customer service was outstanding I thought. Lately though the customer service is down, not terrible just not the smiling greeting faces it was at first. It says its open till 8pm but I have gone between 7 and 8 and they were closed with the open sign on. I give the popcorn 5 stars though.

The staff is always friendly, the Popcorn always tastes fresh, and they have reasonable prices. Theres a wide selection and if you like something you can ask them to make you a large bag of it. They also allow you to taste test it. My mother always gets the crack with extra Carmel. Just ask for crack theyll get it for you!

I was so impressed with this shop, the staff was friendly and informed. The samples were awesome, being able to taste before you buy doesnt always happen anymore, if the sample wasnt on display you just had to ask and the staff was anxious to have you taste the popcorn because they knew it was fresh and delicious! It was nice to see a small business putting young adults to work! Today is Wednesday and my popcorn from Saturday is still just as fresh! WARNING DONT TRY THE SAMPLES...I sampled Carmel Apple and I instantly had to purchase a container of it. Extremely friendly people even tho I came in right before close. I’m waiting for payday to make another trip because I might buy every flavor of popcorn they have lol.

Very nice establishment. Clean and organized. We had the Cheesy Caramel and mixed. The Popcorn taste ok but a little too candy coated. I prefer a lighter coating that doesnt get stuck in my teeth. But it works if you have a serious sweet tooth. I wanted to try their kettle but they didnt have it today. But thats not the reason for deducting a star. The only reason I took off 1 star was because the young ladies behind the counter werent smiling at all. So although we went in all smiles, the vibe inside was not happy at all. Everything the cashier said was monotone and in an I dont want to be here way. Not a nasty attitude but not the ideal one for serving customers in such a beautiful place. Popus should take note from places like Culvers and Chick-fil-A when it comes to customer service and train their staff, even the teens, to happily greet customers. Even though the popcorn was just ok I would come back if I felt welcomed at this location. I would like to see this business stay in the community for years to come. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful for this new and, prayerfully, prosperous business.

I went in today for the first time! I’m totally pleased and so where my kids! We were able to sample a few flavors before purchasing anything. I was skeptical but at the same time interested in trying the unusual flavors like strawberry and green apple flavored popcorn! But OMG its effin delicious! I llooooooooove the green apple flavored popcorn, my daughter lovooooooves the strawberry flavored, paid about $5 for a specially mixed bag. I bought some of the white cheddar mixed with jalapeño and cheese which is amazing and it’s a nice big size bag for $10. The staff was welcoming and friendly, prices are reasonable for the great quality! We’ll be going back again!
