I had came in today to see what they had for Easter because I am so last minute and I was greeted by the most friendly young girls. I wish I would have got their names! I purchased what they called the bunny platter, and let me tell you some of the sweetest pineapple I have ever had! Everything was so good and my granddaughter loved the chocolate bunny on top! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again girls!

Wow !!! I ordered a platter of dipped fruit for a business meeting I was hosting and I was so impressed with the presentation. The fruit was so fresh and covered in chocolate with assorted toppings. It was a perfect treat after our meeting. I will definitely order again.

Worst experience with this edible arrangements. I called to place an order was told I had to do it online because they don’t do over the phone orders. Then I go to place the order online and I can’t so I call the store back and she says “oh I actually just turned off the thing for online orders like 15 mins ago” So why not inform your customers you have a cut off time if I was interested in putting in an order? Manager AND employee had the worst attitude on the phone and kept saying “well it was just turned off 15 mins ago you can come in and order” the POINT is you FAILED to INFORM your CUSTOMERS that there even was a cut off time when I first called to ask about it. 0/10 do not recommend to order from here.

These guys have NEVER let me down.......Mothers Day, Birthdays, Nurse surprised @ hospitals, and just to make someone smile during the pandemic. Extremely RELIABLE! Ill keep coming back.

Missed delivery for a funeral arrangement was not notified of delivery nor did I know it was coming customer service was really rude and not very cooperative

They always get the order wrong, the manager is as ignorant as one can be, dont order from these people if you want your order

Disappointed! Called the store @ 6:32pm (they close at 7pm) no answer. I sent an arrangement to a friend who is sick. I added the VARIETY pack of Maddys popcorn. 4 different flavors. When she got it there were only 3 with the birthday cake repeated twice. If the store would have contacted me (they had my info) and stated they didnt have all 4 flavors I would have cancelled! Nothing like a bait and switch scheme..... expensive lesson learnedUPDATE: The store called and made it right. They are sending out the popcorn that was missed!

Excellent customer service. Excellent selection of fresh fruit & chocolate dipped fruit bouquets. The fruit smoothie was delicious. I will definitely be a regular customer.

Terrible customer service they do not know how to treat people and the fruit baskets from jewel has fresher fruit then what was given to me. When asked for it to be replaced or refund the OWNER was incredibly sarcastic with me, Very unhappy with this location..honestly zero stars

If I could give a negative 5, I would. Ive personally witnessed the staff members using the F bomb towards special needs kids and kids in wheel chairs who are out working at a food pantry for their community activities. If anything this shop should be closed by the corporate office! Deplorable behavior by this staff!!! I will NEVER ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS, EVER!!! Regardless of the store. This company has lost a customer FOREVER!!!

Location opens at 9 am. Showed up a 935 am. They had 5 items readily available to choose from. These items included 2 candy apples, a plastic cup of chocolate dipped apples and strawberries, and 2 bouquets. The plastic cup of fruit appeared to have been there awhile as the strawberries were shrunken. The girl behind the counter said they had a VERY busy morning. I find that a little hard to believe as they had only been open a very short time. Will not be coming back to this pathetic location.

Arrangement looked nice. But fruit must have been frozen or something???? Strawberries went bad very quickly!!! Like overnight. More than half had to be thrown out.

We drove 30 minutes to get here because it says online that its open untill 7, but apparently it closes at 5. So, we drove here for no reason which left me extremely frustrated. Id appreciate it if they actually updated it to the correct time.

Ordered a large bouquet for 111.00 the fruit was soggy. So I called and they made a new bouquet with fresh fruit but was a much smaller bouquet.. was very disappointed they should of made me the one I ordered the first time. Feel cheated.

Spent $60 on an arrangement that said happy mother’s day just to pick it up and it not even say happy mother’s day. nobody told me this when i went to pick it up i had to go back and ask why it didn’t say.

Stopped in today, grabbed a smoothie, Im not a smoothie consumer, but that one may of changed my opinion on smoothies. Im going back. Doctor told me as well to change my deit some, looking over the options; they had health smoothies too, that was refreshing to see.

I ordered a Large Get Well arrangement for a family member. The lady that took the order told me it was a big, full arrangement of fruit. I have ordered from Edible Arrangements before and had been pleased with the Large arrangements as they were full and fresh. When I picked up this last order, it was small, cheap, and not well arranged. I was very disappointed to spend $65 on an arrangement that looked like I picked it up last minute at a convenience store. When my wife and I expressed our disappointment, the ladies in the store said there was nothing they could do and that the manager was unavailable. They did not seem to care. This is the last time we will ever shop at Edible Arrangements in Joliet!

Advertised online open until 7 for Mothers Day weekend so I ordered a pickup at 530pm and paid over $50 for it. I have an order confirmation stating pickup is at 530 at the Essington Rd location and I drive 45 minutes to pick it up and they were closed so I had no gift to give my mother and was out $50. Never buy from this store!
