Best mocha! I plan on coming here for Starbucks coffee every morning. To top it all of the staff are so sweet and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ok I go to Sbux all the time and never review them but this one was truly the best! While most locations are closed early due to the pandemic, this one is open until ELEVEN and the employees were so kind and truly just awesome. It looked like they had one of the coolest and kindest managers ever and I’m an out of towner! But I was sooo impressed.

This is probably the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They have never messed up my drink and are always excited to see a customer! One barista/ cashier Larry made my morning spectacular. He’s always got a joke for you. I will always come back to this one for exceptional customer service and my favorite drinks!

I had them remake a drink Bc it was so nasty…. The remake was even worst.They were really nice about it and quick. So I appreciate that. But I’ve had this drink multiple times from other chains and never has it been this awful.

Extremely busy but, staff worked as a team to get the orders out..I had a small sweet tea and daughters was an iced coffee.. my only concern was that customers were not properly wearing the masks they had on!!

Took 20 mins to get our drinks. Both drinks tasted watered down. Girl rolled her eyes when I said one was made wrong. Definitely will never come back to this one

Marya was very sweet! She shared her favorite drink with me and had very good communication. I am not a big fan of the refreshers they are usually too bitter for my liking but it was wonderful! She gave me many options to choose from and i was not disappointed.

I’m not sure the barista’s name but I was there around 7:30pm on 6/4/21 and I placed my first ever mobile order! He was so understanding and very helpful and very nice! Need more people like that everywhere!

Outstanding service. 6 stars. They were slammed when we came in. There were at least 6 baristas, and 2 coffee masters, and they were all scrambling. The drive through line was literally around the corner, the lobby was fairly busy; 3 people waiting for their order including an online order, and two parties (including mine) in line.We ordered 2 tall iced double almond milk lattes—one with 2 pumps of chai—and two food items. (They had a vegan parfait option which is a step up for Starbucks).After we ordered, we were waiting for 1 or 2 minutes and my wife noticed they had Oatly (my favorite milk).I said, Ugh! No way! They never have oat milk, let alone Oatly!...I couldnt help myself. It was a compulsion.I stepped over and found the least busy person—which happened to be the drive thru barista—and said, Hey, of its not too late, the order for Isaac, can you change the latte to oat milk? But only one of the drinks...the one with no chai. He said he would.I saw him pass the request to the barista working our drinks. She made mine. Perfect. My wifes came up a minute later. Perfect. And the original coffee masters that took our order even followed up with our order! He made sure everything was right in the midst of the ongoing chaos.Thank you so much to the baristas and masters at this Starbucks. We were in the middle of a drive from coast to coast (moving for work), and we really appreciated your hard work, patience, and flexibility.

This was my first time visiting Starbucks and Mariah made it a wonderful experience! She recommended I get a peach green tea lemonade because I’m not a fan of coffee and it was great! She was very kind and respectful! Will be visiting again!

This is by far one of the busiest starbucks i have encountered in the area but it is fueled by a number of good employees but perhaps think about ordering ahead during rush times! Always accommodating.

Starbucks is always a toss up. Really depends on the day, time and who is working and their flow together!

I do go to this Starbucks often. I always order the same thing. The other day we go after I had surgery, hence the late review, but my husband placed the order, and the guy repeated it, then a lady came on the speaker because I had to give the recipe off the secret menu, and then was told to come to the window. He told us the total and we realized we only got charged for 2 and not 3. So we told him we ordered 2 horchata fraps. So he was repeating the order to someone else to make and then said we just ordered the 2nd one at the window. I was so mad that he lied. My husband told me to calm down that he was probably new. I said my issue isnt him being new, its that he lied. I think I will take a break from this Starbucks for awhile.

I waited 30 mins for a mobile order at the store. This did not include the time from when I placed my order. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Also, none of the employees bother to ask you for your name/order when you arrive. However, they do have time to stop and have personal conversations? So they’re clearly not too busy to ask customers for their names/orders. This is one of the only starbucks that this always happens at too.

I go to Starbucks every day. Sometimes twice. I regularly spend hundreds of dollars on coffee from them a week.I have two small kids, they like green tea fraps, but a whole tall is too much for them. I’m not asking for a venti split in two, I’m asking for the smallest size you have split in two. I’m not trying to get one over on Starbucks here. I’ve been doing this for two years at least.Now I’m told by this place, first by a trainee, then by a regular, and then by the MANAGER that they can’t do this for me anymore, it’s a corporate change. Are you joking? Cuz I want to split a tall cup, you’re going to throw away all of my business?I’ll be going to Dunkin from now on. What an asinine policy. I understand if I was trying to split a venti or a trenta, that’s not what I was doing.So from a longtime customer since 2002, this will be my last trip to Starbucks.

Way overpriced. 10 for a coffee. 3 dollar Upcharge for oatmilk and drizzle. My daughter is allergic to milk. 3 extra dollars so she doesnt die.

This Starbucks is nice but I ordered 4 drinks and they didnt have any blackberries and all 4 drinks are not the same as they used to be they are all white drinks..

Hi I did not appreciate how Mariah atlas treated me at the Starbucks at 2518 Jefferson St, she was very ignorant! I dont feel treated as equal as American citizen as iam so something needs to be done, I felt l Iike I was being singled out, in the back of the building by myself. I was ordered to wear a mask or get out of the store, I had no availability to a mask as I dont carry it around with me like some retarded person, I would give it 0 stars!

This has to be the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are always super friendly no matter how busy they are, and that makes all the difference in the world.

I always get the Carmel Macchiato, the best. Home brews dont even come close!! Basically thats all I get in hot drinks, OH; their 2017 holiday blend is AWESOME, in taste & all. Full been, which i love; you can almost smell it brewing just from a whiff of the freshly owned bag. Plus just happened to catching it at sale price just boosted the buy!!😉👍. There it is; Christmas Blend nice red attractive bag. Very good.

Been around the community for a long time. One thing is you end up waiting longer inside for your drink than you do if you go into the drive through. But I think thats pretty uniform among the Starbucks. Idk his name but the older gentleman that works early in the mornings that tells jokes is a gem and I am always happy when I get to order from him in the morning! Would recommend coming here.

Always a busy store, but always so quick! Always helpful when I cant remember what a drink is called or how to properly order it. Never needed to have them remake a drink! Seasonal pumpkin frap is like drinking pumpkin pie!

For the amount of people they serve, they always get my order right and they do their best to be as quick as possible. This parking lot/ drive thru is terrible. Only one entrance/exit. I cant believe Joliet only has one Starbucks. They really need to open another one in Joliet or Crest Hill.

Waited 45 minutes to get one drink and the drink wasnt made correctly. Staff was very kind, but I feel terrible for them, they were clearly swamped. This ones on management. This is the only location in the area, you know its going to be busy. Have more staff on hand tell help

Salted Carmel Frappuccino was made correctly and awesome as usual. Drive-thru line wrapped around the building to the front, however, the line moved very quickly.

The service is excellent. Quen was exceptionally polite & made a great beverage. I only gave the store 2 stars due to its lack of cleanliness. There were coffee beans all over the counter, syrups spilled that look like they had hardened, syrup splashes all over the glass and worst of all there were small insects flying around in the food case. I only had to wait 5 minutes which was not busy for this particular location. I was however very concerned about the freshness of the product I was being served.

My boyfriend went in, dont know if he was satisfied with their service or not.

I here this morning with an order and it went to the wrong address. They are wonderful made my drinks and got me on my way! Always have great service here.The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They are welcoming and greet you with a smile.

Baristas are always friendly & serve quality drinks. Unfortunately the parking lot is small and the drive through gets long. Luckily it us fast moving thanks to the excellent batistas.

Listen, Im a patient person, but the wait times for both inside and drive through are out of this world. Doesnt matter what time. Doesnt matter how many people are ahead of you. You will wait at least 25 minutes. So if your in a hurry I would recommend making your own coffee.

Im not a huge fan of the coffee, but this location was very cozy, and the staff was pleasant, courteous. We used this location for a meeting. The wifi was capable, and there was plenty of power outlets for our laptops to be used. I would recommend this location to others based on this experience.

Star Bucks _I went here because my Wife and Son wanted to ...My opinion is that it is way over-priced, over-hyped and a bit ridiculous.The drive-through and parking lot at this location are poorly designed.The drive-through wait was twenty minutes for two coffees (after lunch and before rush hour).All of that being said, my family was happy with their coffee and they prefer it to others.
