I just got my car detailed in this location and it’s my first time to get my car detailed and they literally dent my car big time. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So disappointed.not to mention my seats are still wet and I paid for express and it’s $100 so not worth it and a total ripped off!!!

I had two cars washed here. My first car was cleaned and no damages. I was impressed with their job and brought the second car after week only to have interior console arm area damaged. My only candid advise to people is to take pictures of their cars interior and exterior out prior services and make their service manager aware of prior damage. Ultimately bad experience and the manager on shift unprofessional.

Best word to summarize this place is TRASH. The last two times I went to use my “unlimited” pass they have “been working on something in the wash” and was given ridiculous eta of 20 minutes plus. What’s the point of unlimited if you can’t even use it when you need it?Update: Look at the comment from the ownership (in my opinion) showing how little they care about their clients experience !

No point of using this car wash when I have to go to another to vacuum my car. THE VACUUMS HARLDY HAVE ANY SUCTION Worst customer service. Guys that dry your car only do a good job if you tip. Learned to have $ in my hand so they think they are getting a tip

Total rip off. 52.00 dollars for a wash and vacuum. I will never be coming back here. $17.00 just to wash the outside through a machine!!!! and $34.99 to vacuum the inside. I cant believe people come to this place? Ill be going to the $ 3.00 drive through wash and vacuum it myself for free from now on. So totally disappointed and dissatisfied with Sonic!

First time in joliet with a dirty bmw sedan full of bugs. Signed up for the unlimited carwash plan since Im gonna be up here a bit, the plan only cost a penny for the first month and about 20 bucks every month after. No need to towel dry it after, cleaned all the bugs off. Definitely got my moneys worth

The cars come out with my areas of concern left as is … asked them to address a sticker stuck on dash... cant do anything about it, stain on dash... just a quick wipe down.. anything else... well cant do much about it... then why am I paying ?

I recently purchased membership from them, amazing how I get unlimited interior and exterior cleaning service for my car for only $36 a month. I used to pay more than $50 for one time cleaning. Most of the time I receive my car spotless clean and I am very picky. Workers are helpful, please dont forget to tip them !!!

Shame on you Delta Sonic. Ive been a customer with a monthly interior and exterior washes for years. I had them do a full interior detail. When I went over it, the glass was dirty areas of the floor werent vacuumed and there was dust everywhere. When I asked the detailer what he thought he said that I did what I was supposed to do, sorry . Why pay up to $20 a month, if I have to come home and do it myself.

First time I came here I was a bit annoyed but I said “let’s just give it another shot.” again a bit disappointed. This is the second time I also get a basic wash inside and both of the times the cup holder place isn’t clean. I usually put paper on the side of the door and that wasn’t tossed out. It looks like they grabbed a dirty cloth and just moved the dirt around? If I wanted better service for less I could’ve gone somewhere else but I was close by and like I said “Let’s just try it. Maybe the people that were there last time aren’t right now” $16 for a basic car wash isn’t bad if it gets clean.. so I feel like I just got ripped off a bit. I asked for a cologne like fragrance and now my car smells like baby wipes.On the bright side they did a good job w/ vacuuming the carpet.

I have the unlimited cleaning membership and paid for the 90 day liquid wax. I had asked them to wipe down my seats as my dog was in my car previously. It did not look like they touched my seats or wipe down any parts of my interior as the dog prints was still clearly visible. I also found that they no longer clay bar your car like previous years and will charge you an extra 30 just for that. When they returned my car, it looked like the wax was just smeared around and didnt come off clean.. my car looked worse than it did coming in. Poor quality work all around even regarding the vacuuming they did.I have been a monthly member for years and after the last year, it seems like they are getting lazy with their services. For the price they want and all of the new upcharges they want, it seems better to save my money.

Shady business scratched up my Maserati and rejected my claim with a generic letter. They do not care about their members!

The supervisor was very plushie and very unfriendly about bringing in something else when we bought stuff from the same store waiting for our car, the other person who was working here was really nice. But apparently they have an issue with another pizza place

Brought my car to two other washes and had a bad experience and was displeased. I tried to call and make an appointment at Delta Sonic and they told me just to come in and I brought it in and I couldnt be happier. I got an express detail with shampoo carpet and seats and a wax. My car looks brand new inside. Thanks to everyone there. I wont be going back to Dolphin Carwash or Jacks Carwash. The price is worth it.

Unlimited plan is a great deal. Unlimited washes, discounted gas (their gas already runs cheap anyway), discounts on certain items in the store too. Favorite place to take my car.

I know this is a gas station but I just love the detail shop and the “Brick Oven” pizza & sub shop! I’m not sure why the service is so great here or why the employees are so nice but I always make a point to stop in. It’s so well kept and clean... I appreciate how well they take care of my vehicle and it might sound silly to some to eat at a fuel center but you are truly missing out if you haven’t had their subs, salads, and pizza! Thanks to all the staff here for being so great!

Visit here often, always a good fair price on gas, usually beating their competitors, bathrooms are cleaned annually and up-kept sometimes above standars, love the Xmas lights

Nick went over and above in servicing my vehicle upon exiting the car wash today. He provided exceptional customer service even AFTER knowing that I only had $1 on me to give as a tip! I was truly amazed at his friendliness and dedication. I hope that he is recognized for his superior attitude and willingness to please customers.

The post office at Delta Sonic is Joliet’s hidden gem. The line is never longer than 2 people deep. Shannon at the counter was AMAZING as she helped us ship our big package in the most cheapest and most efficient way. She was extremely patient and very helpful.

Great service, good price, very professional, great workers.

Service is good. Staff friendly. Best time is to come when they first open. They take extra care. Ensure they look at the receipt to ensure that they are giving you the right package you pay for. That has been an issue in past for me on numerous occasions.

My vehicles almost looked brand new

I spoke to Dolly for customer service because I purchased a new vehicle and she would not give me a promotional pricing on the new vehicle although she said I would qualify the only reason why I dont qualify is because I have the same plate number. I’m here just about every day and I go back for a reason. Shannon, Bianca, Daniella, Karina and Dave are the cat’s pajamas. If I see any of them I know I’ll be met with kindness, respect and humor. They always keep the line moving quickly with a smile on their face. Nice to go somewhere and not feel like I’m bothering the employees. Nothing but great customer service and smooth sailing for me.

They don’t have Apple Pay at the car wash please move into 2018 technology at the very least it’s called customer service and open self service lanes just swipe card and pick your own wash. Takes way to long to get thru car wash just some tips to speed it up. Thanks.

Sometime their washes are not good and they go up on their prices too much and then they make you agree to it in order for you to get a wash for the next month

We have the unlimited car wash and interior cleaning on both of our cars. Great deal! Keeps our cars clean. They do a great job with attention to detail! Food at the brick oven is yummy pizza and sandwiches.

I was side swiped by a semi truck on the high that sent me spinning into a muddy median. Luckily no injuries or major car damage, but my car was extremely muddy. A very nearby local competitor car was actually turned me away. So I took my vehicle to Delta Sonic and could not be any happier with the result and experience! From the automated preliminary was to get some of the mud off. To the time and effort the employees put into getting all the mud out from the wheel well, brakes and rims. They really went above and beyond, and I appreciate their effort. Needless to say I will be getting a monthly package from Delta Sonic.

I recently came here to get some details servicing to my car. I was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews but I decided to go anyway. I started with the buy one car wash get a second one free, and then I paid for the 15 minute interior cleaning. But I needed more because my car is filthy, so I paid for a steam clean sanitation and a vinyl treatment. They told me it would be about 35 to 45 minutes which was no problem, it ended up being an hour still fine. The guy who came and got me was the same guy who cleaned my car his name is DOM LEO! He did such a great job!! He payed so much attention to detail and it was just so clean!!!!! I was so happy with how he did that in writing a review mainly on him! I highly recommended him. I called and ask management if you could request him and you can so again I highly recommend you go check him out!

I have the unlimited package and they always do a nice job. For the first time in my life I pretty much always have a clean car inside and out.

Great price on gas and carwash

Cars are packed bumper to bumper and the car wash simply does not get your car clean. They will hand dry it for you, but all that does is wipe dirt off the car and rub it all over the remainder of the car scratching it. Wheels are never clean and just a poor quality of car wash.

My dog had an accident in my car and Nick F. did an AMAZING job shampooing the situation out. He took his time and made sure that I was completely pleased.I definitely was.

I would give 5 stars but the employees at the brick oven Cafe are the rudest people I have ever encountered! There is one older lady who works in the cafe that is very nice the 2 younger girls couldnt be any ruder is they tried! Other than that I love coming here, the cashiers for the gas station side are very nice, every other employee Ive encountered are very nice, the food is great, great selection and deals, great car wash and detailing! Like I said 5 stars if it wasnt for the to younger girls in the cafe that I encounter daily!

Danny - Detailer did an excellent 6 month wax job on my Santa Fe. He polished all the painted areas & applied vinyl protector to the applicable exterior areas. During my walk around, he answered my questions & graciously addressed any concerns.

Today I came to Delta Sonic for a hand car wash. I was treated so well by an employee named Kyle W. that I joined their unlimited club. Kyle W. was so kind and patient in explaining the services they offered. He answered my questions over and over and still maintained a smile on his face.He helped me rearrange the articles in my car. He got my walker out of my back seat and assisted me in getting out of my car. He helped me to their waiting area which has a restaurant and video slot machines.Congrats to Kyle W. his customer care service is an example of how all employees should treat customers.Job well done!

Great car wash, detailing services, convenience store, and gas station. The prices are always significantly cheaper than everyone else in the entire area, and the other amenities included mean I will drive out of my way to go here many times. Always adequately staffed, and have never had a bad experience. I cant believe they can price their gas so fairly even though they are right off of I-80.

Great place to have your vehicle washed, I recently purchased the monthly plan and it was well worth it. The staff are super friendly and great, never had a problem with them drying my vehicle. When I go in, I always ask for Lizzy C. or Matt G. they have done a fantastic job in the past and continue to do a fantastic job, also theyre super great and I always tip them, because of the wonderful job they do. I strongly recommend this crew in Joliet, IL.

I stop here every day on my way to work. Shannon and Bianca provide excellent customer service. They are both very friendly and even remember my order every day. I appreciate having such friendly faces in the morning!

Nice car wash, you can even vacuum your car for free. The tire shine is a great feature. Even when busy they are pretty efficient.

I frequent the Delta Sonic quite often in the early morning. Both Bianca and Shannon are very friendly and personable and remember the things I purchase regularly. Its always nice to see friendly faces that early in the morning before the drudgery of the work day.

If you like to pay a lot of money and waste a lot of your time, and then end up with a car thats still dirty, this is the place for you.Then when you point out your car is still dirty, they wont apologize and wont even do anything to help you.They will lie to you and upcharge you without notice.Not a big online review guy, but this place does not deserve your hard earned money.

I have been with Delta Sonic for some time. I do not like the fact that they use the same towels to dry the cars off. My windows be a mess! They partial drys the cars.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went to get my car detailed and had a lotion bottle under my seat, they spilled the lotion all over my door didnt tell me and threw it away. So I had to come back to have them clean the door off. A claim was opened they sent a letter stating they are not at fault I called corporate and spoke with Jen( who had the worst customer service ever) stated they sent out a car wash gift card and if I didnt want it send it back or throw it away! I spend pay a month for unlimited wash and to have the inside clean Im canceling both services today n Ill never go back

Kyle Reed and his team are the best. I just drove from Ohio to Illinois and had bugs all over the front of my car. As I pulled into the wash, they were spraying and pretreating the cars. Kyle spent an extra time really getting all the front bugs removed before entering. I was so appreciative I tried to tip him before I entered which I never do. And he refused the tip and said he was just doing his job. I actually own a car wash in Ohio, if you ever want to re-locate Kyle do you have a job with me. They even have a hand drying station at the end, a hand wipe down is the most important part and they got every bit of the outside, perfect. Outstanding carwash and friendly customer service!! Well done.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to, I’m not expecting perfection but when your employees are so distracted playing games with each other instead of working, doing a good job and receiving a generous tip, something needs to change. Also don’t try and sell people other services if you can’t even clean/dry a vehicle. I will never recommend this wash or visit this wash again and judging by your 2.3 rating, I’m not the only person who’s visited your wash and feels the same...

Have never gone to a Delta Sonic car wash before and wont be returning. Quite the process for a poor wash--left visible dirt and spots on my car. The soap fragrance was overpowering and just about gave me a headache.

All the guys at this location are great but vincent is great with detail and he’s fast, if you’re lucky to get him.

Delta sonic is several things gas station, car wash, detail center, c store, restaurant, gambling place, post office. Always clean, always friendly staff, always low priced gas. They also have free self service vacuums. And clean public restrooms.

Adele did a great job on my interior and my detail he cared for the car as it was his own he made my car look brand new, great work by the young man!

If you want youre car done with the most professionalism I would look for Matt Greenback, he always takes the time to consider my needs when wiping my car such as door jams, rims, and my front bumper. He has patience and always assures that his partners side and the car overall is clean, which I take into consideration.

Worst experience EVER!!! I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for an interior detail $149 for Sunday morning. I arrived to Delta Sonic and explained to detail attendant that the seats front and back needed the most detail attention. They communicated to me ALL the things and shampooing they will do to remove stains/spills. 9:48am my car was on conveyor belt to began the detailing process. I called Sonic at 1:30 pm they said, my car would be ready in 2hrs. I arrived to pick up my car at 4pm. To find the interior of car seats front/back were in the EXACT same condition they were in when I dropped car off. The seats are stain/spill repellant. And can be cleaned easily with soap and water. The interior of car wreaked of what smelled like Armoral. The interior of car was greasy with the product they sprayed everywhere including my car seats! It was disgusting! The manager and detail attendant both tried to convinc6me it was just my car and that this was the best they could do. They even had the nerve to put plastic on my car seats as if they were wet from being shampooed. My car seats were bone dry and full of grease sprayed throughout interior of car that was used to shine everything to make it appear as if iy had been cleaned. I told mgr and detail attendant to give me a clean towel and a spray bottle of water or glass cleaner. I took my fingernail scratched surface of car seat do they could see the dirt. I then sprayed area with water and wiped with towel CLEANED INSTANTLY!! I was told by manager a claim has to be submitted to Delta Sonics customer service department to have them review my claim. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! MY car was in Delta Sonics possession for several hours with failed services rendered. My money, time, huge inconvenience and poor customer service needs to be resolved ASAP Delta Sonic. I contacted your CS department on the same day I took my car to your facility and have yet to hear anything back as a resolve. I will be contacting your corporate headquarters on Monday. This is absolutely the worst customer experience Ive ever encountered. I would love to show (before/after) pictures taken of my interior car seats and how I cleaned them using Shout and Water!!! Money, Time, Inconvenience and Failed Services!!!!

Nick did a phenomenal job. He really took pride in the work he did. I watched him every step of the way. The guy on the other side didnt work like he did. This guy is what delta sonic should stand for. Give this guy a raise . Have him train people . Normally the interior isnt worth it. They rush too much. This guy was top class.!!

Gas prices are very competitive! Got the car wash with interior cleaning. The wash was very good and got a coupon good for 2 more basic washes over 2 weeks. The one problem I had was the car windowa being very streaky, I had to correct that problem and re-clean.

Only interested in getting you through quickly and receiving a tip for a bad job. They never wipe down the car correctly. The car/truck Always have streaks. I never have issues like this when I go to the Downers Grove facility on Ogden Av. Call corporate and they have the Manager call you and nothing changes.

Purchased the 10 minute interior and the super kiss plus on Tuesday. Was kind of iffy but the cashier Jessica explained the package and guided me where to go. Amazing staff, was satisfied with my interior as well.

Typically i love going here to get my car detailed . however when i was asked what i want to them to specifically focus on, and i tell them a spill on my back passenger door . and i leave and get home and that spill is STILL THERE UNTOUCHED. its a little frustrating especially when i always tip well!
