Manager is rude, inappropriate and doesn’t believe in honoring returns. There are so many beauty supply stores around DO NOT spend your money in this man’s store.

They are so nice, help you when you cant find something and they all are very knowledgeable and the young lady that helped me today was able to suggest a product and I washed my hair as soon as I got home and used it and Im happy to say it worked and I wish I knew her name so I could properly thank her.Great place to go and I pass three other beauty supply places but I pass them and go here because of customer service and professionalism.Thanks H & M Beauty Supply

This is the worse beauty supply ever the man is rude. He told me I could return it I wasnt gone 5 min and brought it back he then starts yelling at me to the top of his lungs after 1 hour of trying to get my money back instead of giving me the cash he refused to do the return Ill never be back that and no one should go there this is the worse beauty supply in Joliet IL

Been in there 2 days straight and both experiences were awesome! I dreaded so badly going to the other stores in the area so I came here. Glad I came here! Its family-oriented and the entire family from Papa to the daughters and son are the sweetest people you ever want to meet! Papa gave me candy, a free mask and something else. They have a variety of hair supplies and miscellaneous items at your disposal. They even have discounts on select items. Reasonable prices throughout their establishment. Its a storefront space but its huge on the inside. Im claustrophobic but I was able to navigate through the narow aisles lol. Someday I want to buy their handbags bc Im addicted to purses lol. I rarely do anything for myself and took the opportunity while I could. Been outta work over a year but was blessed with some pocket change to do something for myself for the holidays, so I did just that! Please go to this store! You wont regret your decision! Theyre better than the competition down the street! Ill definitely be back there again someday when I am able to afford something on my own! Took my son for a walk bc we dont live that far and since the weather was decent. He got to meet the owners daughters. Theyre so sweet and very helpful! My review says it all! Thank you all!

They don’t open up on time your hours say nine or 930 they don’t get there till 10Am. Or later. They are very rude . And they don’t know a thing about what they are selling in there. I’m surprise they are still open !
