Dropped a jacket off here to get unstitched. I was told it would be ready in a few hours. When I called to make sure it was ready I was told that it wouldn’t be done until the next week. I told the lady I could not wait because my husband was going out of town for the holiday and needed it to travel. Promising the jacket the next day and with a phone call when it was done I received neither. After calling and driving there I realized that they had closed 3 hours early and I had no jacket. When I called the following week to find out why I was not called there was plenty of transfer of blame with no real answer. It’s unprofessional and I’m disappointed because I was referred here. No communication what so ever.

This company is amazing. They will do anything for their customers. Last minute is normally not an issue and without the huge up charge. The manger is awesome.
