Went in for service and got a truck wash. They will open the cafe soon, cant wait. The wash was good for automatic brushes. There is a guy that gets most of the stuff ahead of the machine. Better than most blue beacons.

I like this place for oil change and its take me 2 hours and the in side store they have a lot of stuff so its cheap so you can see the pictures or you go website its good

Best place for dear-guards. They have great quality for fair price and cheap quality for cheaper price. Your choice. Installation is $100 takes about 1-2 hours.

I liked this place.I think they have got fair price for service, knowledgeable mechanicsI bought XG-150 and guys from store installed it for free according to PROMO.So, Guard + brackets + tax of course and altogether became $1689 witch is good price.At dealer you will pay $2000 easy.

I do not usually write a google review but this place was beyond outstanding! I usually dread going into repair shops because I know how long it takes but this place was just a quick in and out. Cozy lobby to sit in and complimentary coffee!! Not even that, the customer service is great! everyone is so nice and extremely helpful especially Adam! I even like to fuel my diesel here because how cheap it is and the free truck wash included with the diesel purchase is great! The truck wash is amazing too! Highly recommend! So yeah I dont usually write reviews but now you see why I needed to go out of my way to write this one! Great place!

First place I ever was like wow! when I arrived. Went inside and told the woman... If the service is as good as this place looks, youve got a future client. Well... it is!💯✔️😉The lady at the front named Dorothy is amazing! (her assistant with the short black hair was pleasant as well). Amazingly comfortable Truckers lounge, bathroom, and was even able to do my reset on site after the work was done.When I buy my truck next year, Ill definitely be bringing it here. I am a repeat customer. I have been coming here ever since my friend recommended me a reefer mechanic at Pitstop 3 months ago. Nice new shop with plenty of space, fuel and friendly service. I had a bunch of problems with my compressor and seals on my Carrier reefer unit and Mark Golinski got it all fixed up. He’s an honest mechanic with years of experience working on Carriers. Never had anything that he fixed brake again. I 100% recommend him if you have an issue with your unit.Also, Pitstop has good selection of deerguards for sale and I got a nice one to complement my truck.

They have the best prices but my mechanic never came out to explain why I needed some of the repairs that I needed. I only received one estimate when I asked for 2 that would have included the airlines that ended up ruining the brakes that they had just put on. I ended up going to OTR and showed them the list of things these guys said I needed but ended up not needing

I wash my truck in this location They didn’t wash anything in the truck they just made wed in my truck The guy he didn’t even allow me Do use 30 seconds for the Dryer this is the worst Truck wash I ever seen in my life

I asked for Mark Golinski to help me with my Thermoking unit not cooling. Within an hour of dropping off the trailer it was fixed. System tighten down, patched and refilled. Highly recommended place.

Customer service that I got from their from front desk is amazing, I didn’t like the job they did on the trailer. The trailer just past their inspection, everything looked good at first but once I drove off the shop towards my pick-up the ABS turned ON!! They just changed the tires on my trailer on that day but when I stopped the tire started leaking air!!!! I think that they should do a better job when it comes to Tires, Rims and ABS systems. Use genuine parts and stop using aftermarket stuff, because most of those issues are because you are using low quality adaptable parts.I brought my truck twice to this shop for repairs+inspections they never filled my windshield fluid reservoir SMH lol.

It is a very good place for repairs, a little waiting, because they are busy, I had 20 trucks in front, but modern, new mechanics place, truck wash, coffee, etc

Needing my oil changed I stumbled across pit stop. Well the staff are friendly and they keep you up dated about you tractor. Well they told me I needed 2 steer tires and alignment. See I like a big shop the pit stop gives it to you straight, and they didnt try to sell anything Xtra.

Went to company for trailer door seal replacement after 4 hours My invoice was ready I paid they charge an extra 3% if you use American Express which is not posted any where by cashier. Once I paid they used a radio to release my trailer. Upon getting and pulling my trailer out the bay I went to inspect the work and boy it looked like an alley repair place did I the work the seal on both doors where cut to short and the flaps on two of the corners where cut short the doors didn’t close you had to play with them it was adhesive all over the seals coming out to much adhesive was used. I went up to the service department and complained I did have a worker who didn’t even do the work have me back back in and try to correct the bad work done I would really not have anything done here I am glad it was just my trailer doors they are running a alley shop in joliet not a professional business. If I can upload pictures I will I took before and after pictures.

They have my truck for a week and couldnt find the ac shortcut, so I got billed for 750 $cause I refused continue to work on it to fix the problem, at end of the day no money, no ac, one week lost with themUpdate...replay to owner ... I installed new ac compressor( I thought that was the issue with my ac before to get to mack dealer from joliet, they told me they are not volvo dealer and they dont have the electric diagram, then a went to pit stop, they start work on my truck Tuesday and I got my truck from them on Monday, what kind 2 days ?? They start to change ac module, sensors... nothing work .... I spoke with mechanic, he dont have diagram too ... just wasted my time, and after that I have to pay for their incompetence

Unprofessional service, mechanics are in slow motion probably they charge by the hour here that’s why . I left the truck for AC pay a lot and job not even done, comeback for service next day. . Pro drivers stay away from this place very unprofessional and poor service .

I want to post this because I went to take my truck to get inspection done and they didn’t notify the cost of work needed and they proceeded to do stuff that wasn’t really needed yet. ex. Change of brakes and they pointed pointed out stuff that just got fixed not to long ago, besides the fact that the amount being charged for services is ridiculous, they are very rude! In the 20 plus years of experience I have as an owner operator I will say never go here!!!

Very good place, I arrived without an Appointment they take me in 1 hour then they checked my Truck, it’s a bit too long, but the service they have is very good, very huge space Parking no problems Plus refueling and the parts they have everything they do not waste time buying or ordering a parts or something else I would also like to mention the girl who works on service front desk her name is Dorota The girl knows her job very well, constantly smiles with clients, communicates and answers absolutely all questions. the most important thing mechanics are very professional mechanics +everything was clean driver lounge, toilet, inside and outside of the shop .This was my first time.
