Best burgers ever, I got the Buffalo burger and the dessert was delicious. It was the first time going, was greeted right away, everyone was so friendly. I had written down my servers name but lost it, she seemed young, was extremely nice, sweet, observant if we needed anything, and patient. I’ll definitely be going back and this time I will get her name because she deserves to be recognized. Place was really clean, loved the music it was like soft music. Overall it was a great atmosphere!

I only get to Joliet occasionally, and I always enjoy the salads and coffee( Im pretty particular about my coffee ).this time I thought the coffee was a bit weak,although the salad didnt disappoint. Also,it has a very good ambience and a good selection of music.The staff was as it always. Is,fast and courteous.

We travel a little over 25 miles to come back for the wonderfully, delicious Hamburgerseria experience and hands down, the very best Joliet has to offer. Today our burgers were perfect, great onion rings, sweet potato fries and French fries were hot crispy and delicious. The burgers are beyond description, a superior quality fresh beef is used, creating a mouth watering experience and soul satisfying meal every time. We are so grateful they are still open and hope everyone continues to support this restaurant.

Went here last weekend after playing some awesome disc golf at the Canyons in Lockport. The drive was about 20 min in between so both locations were great places to go for visiting Joliet!We went into the store to order. Staff was young and friendly. We decided to do takeout. It took about 10 minutes for two burgers and a basket of fries to be ready. They were allowing dine-ins and spreading out the customers. Checked temporal temperatures for all who were dining in. I decided to eat mine in my car right there in the parking lot. The burger was super juicy and cooked perfectly (medium rare). If you have never tried an egg in a burger, the Breakfast Burger is a must! Overall, Id say Im quite average with the amount I could eat and so a 1/2 lbs patty filled me up real good, plus the fries I got. Id say 1/4 lbs be better for me next time. I give it all the best ratings and will recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers!Be aware, online prices were slightly different than when we got there to order.

Consistently AMAZING cuisine! Every burger weve had (7 of their choices) have been just SO GOOD! Theyre cooked to perfection, no matter what our preferences are (medium for one of us, Medium-well for another, and medium-rare for another).The basket of fries is the best Ive had. Ordered a 1/2 pound burger referred highly by my brother and his family, it was decent but they way they pubbed it it wasnt all that.. the meat lacked seasoning, nice big burger, fries were good. I ordered large fries, and theu gave me a huge box enough for 2 people. Was too much had I known inwoulda ordered a small. Ovee all not bad, but meat lacked seasoning,
Every single item we ordered was delicious. Best Oreo shake weve ever had and our burgers were excellent. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. Overall, our entire experience was top notch. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to our friends. If you are looking for a good spot for a burger and shake, definitely give them a shot.

The only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because my husband didnt enjoy his Country burger. He said the bread felt old because it was falling apart, very dry.The service was great! I really love there food. The burger is delicious and fries! Its hard to find places where the burger and fry are both evenly incredible. I love how you can choose the size of your beef, waiters are nice. I had the Cesar salad once before too, comes with bread, big portion and delicious. It can be a long wait for your food but thats because it is extremely fresh.

Making our way across 80, we decided to go here for lunch. Found it using Trip Advisor. It was a little out of our way but really worth it. Great hamburgers! I always ask for medium well and never get it- my burger was perfect and VERY tasty. My friend loved his breakfast burger with a cooked egg and cheese and we enjoyed our basket of fries. The service was a little slow- took a while to get noticed once we were seated-but it doesn’t change the food. Would recommend!

Coming from Ketchikan AK, where basically the only faster food we have is burgers, Ill rate this a hellavue burger joint. Go there. Worth every buck at any size burger. The sides are delicious. The desert is to die for (tho a little small). Best part is staff is attentive and the food comes quick.

Weve been to Hamburgerseria about a dozen times to eat in or get take out since we discovered it a couple months ago. The staff have always been very friendly & helpful. Weve never ordered anything we didnt love, but the kosher pickle fries & the country burger are my absolute favorites. I dont think my husband has ever eaten any thing other than the OHare, its his favorite! The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Burgers dont come with sides, you choose your own to add on (you know you need a side of pickle fries- its a huge basket for sharing). The burgers come in 1/4, 1/2 and 1 pound options.. our friend got the 1 pound and it was just about the size of his face. Our favorite little burger place, definitely recommended.
Everything we got was good and our waitress was incredibly nice. I got the Philly cheese steak burger was an incredible creation and was delicious. I want to recreate the madness at home. My only real complaint was that the cheese sauce tasted like cheese whiz and it would have been nice to have a less processed tasting cheese sauce on it. The truffle fries were awesome coming from someone who usually avoids truffle. The mozzarella sticks were also delicious.

We had dinner here today. I didnt catch our waitress name, but I wish I did because she was AWESOME! Food came out quick, she was on top of grabbing plates and super sweet. Eating out with two small kids can be challenging sometimes, but with how fast the food came, it was no issue. My husband is super picky and he was raving about the grilled cheese cheese burger. I had the Philly cheese steak burger and sweet potato fries. Delicious!! Not a lot of places serve sweet potato fries, they are my favorite. My kids split the chicken tender kids meal and I couldnt believe how many fries came with it. We had enough fries to take some home. Halfway through the meal, our waitress said my daughter could have a free milkshake if she wrote a letter to Santa!! SO CUTE! She wrote her letter and got a chocolate milkshake. Its handmade, delicious and had whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top. We needed this slice of normalcy today, thank you Hamburgerseria for that and thank you for the delicious meal!

The loaded chip option was delicious. Not a huge list of wines and beers, but a good amount.Very casual place, good for small groups. Not overcrowded with tables. They do wait on you sitdown style. OMG...This place has the best burgers! They have reasonable prices and an array of different kinds of burgers to choose from.My husband ordered the Breakfast burger with an over easy egg on top. And I had the Ohare burger cooked with portabella mushrooms and swiss cheese. Both burgers were cooked medium as requested and were perfectly seasoned. You get to choose between the gourmet bun or the pretzel bun.The service was great as well. The young ladies that work there were so sweet and inviting. So if you want a juicy, delicious burger and great service...then this is your place!

Absolutely amazing!Gourmet hand made Burgers and excellent sides!Had the O’HARE BURGER! It was excellent with a side of waffle cut Sweet Potatoe Fries! The only miss was that the fries were barely warm when my meal came out but they were still very tasty.Very nice atmosphere.The service was great although for some reason it took 25 minutes to get our food even though there were only 5 or 6 other couples in the restaurant.All in all it was still a great meal and we will be back when in the area again.

This is one of those hidden gems, that you will fall in love with. The Burgers are made from scratch and great tasting. They have a great variety of burgers and a good selection of fries and other sides. The quality in the beef is top knotch. There are many other great burger spots out there, and this place definitely competes at the top.
I heard about an assortment of unique burgers and had to give it a shot. It’s quite good, a bit forgettable honestly, but I was definitely pleased with the food. McDonald’s has better quality burgers than this place. I picked up food for me and my roommate right when they opened at 11am. We ordered: a peanut butter burger, ohare burger, 2 Chicago dogs, order of fries, and a cheesecake milkshake- not one thing tasted good.The burgers were underwhelming and undercooked. The “Chicago” dogs weren’t even on a poppyseed bun and were missing half of the fixings of a Chicago dog. The fries were wet and soggy and the milkshake was the consistency of water and tasted like watered down milk. Absolutely not worth the $40 we spent and definitely won’t be back as there are far better burger options in the Joliet area.
