This place saved me... I was in the process of Repairing a Chimney and needed a Clay Flue Liner to continue with my Chimney built.Illinois Brick and Co did not have this special sized Flue Liner but .......Werden Buck Co did Have It... And they also had a huge selection of Brick...I called them at 330pm and told them i was on my way and will be there 10minutes after closing time. And they stayed open passed closing time and waited for me to buy a $22 dollar piece of Chimney Flue Liner...Thank you guys at Werner Buck Co...Small stuff like that makes us contractors very happy...

Customer service was excellent! Scott went above and beyond helping us find exactly what we wanted. Not only that but we were in a time crunch and him and his team managed to meet our deadline in such a short period of time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, TY ALL!!!!

We pulled in at 11:30 on a Saturday during the winter as the owners were about to close early. Joe graciously took us into the showroom and answered all of our questions. Great service and look forward to our purchase!
