Desperate to find Gorilla Fabric Glue for a Childrens Missions project. Internet reported Hobby Lobby (thrilled) but always call first...no they did not have it but recommended JOANN Fabrics and oh yah they reported by phone some stocked. So here I go & with special help from the assistant left with my glue and a 😊

This store is my HAPPY PLACE!! Its well lit, clean, organized, the employees are nice & extremely helpful & knowledgeable Trevor and the ladies there are AWESOME!!

I wish they carried more apparel fabric and less fleece, but Id rather shop here than Hobby lobby!! The employees are wonderful here! I value their input when I cant decide on something for a quilt or they are good at finding options!

I was in Jonesboro store, on saturday Aug 14th, 2021. I use the restriom and it was disgusting the sink was BLACK and the floor looks like it has NEVER been mopped. So plz do not go in there. Oh!!! They had a sign o door that they take pride in having a clean restroon, that is a joke

This is a smaller store compared to those in Little Rock or North Little Rock. And they didnt have some of the things we wanted. But they did have Cricut stuff that we wanted and it was on sale.I forget the mans name but he was most helpful and attentive without being bothersome.

Joanns fabrics has a great selection of buttons and patches!

Couldnt find what I was looking for. It felt kinda chaotic and over whelming. People were nice.

The staff was awesome...only bad part was that he was working alone and had to run from the back to front constantly measuringand cutting and then running up front to run the register! He deserves a raise as he stayed good natured the whole time we were there.

The ladies in this store was great! They didnt carry what I needed and they called places to try to help! Great customer service!! And they showed us some super great specials they had that day. Great service!!

Nice store with friendly staff

The employees were all rude and unfriendly. Not one of the three ladies working greeted me, assisted or even offered assistance while I was in store. They didnt acknowledge me at all. I entered and exited the store and they acted as if I were invisible. And no, the store was not busy or full of customers. The products were extremely overpriced as well.

Huge selection of fabric! Anything you could ask for, for all your crafting needs. Very pricey though.

This was my first time here. I felt a little overwhelmed because the store is a little unorganized. Things are just scattered all over. It would have been better if they would have everything organized together

Never a cashier at register. Too high unless you have a coupon, but they also lie about sales. I have been checking the price of an item for about 2 weeks. It was $8 with red clearance tag. Today with 20% off clearance, it was still $8, because now the red tag said $10. When I told this to the manager, she said that brand must have been on sale last week.

I loved the staff, very funny and engaging. They help me save over $30. My daughter now loves this place! We have new friends there now!

Main beef I have with them is the lack of help, I am meaning number of people working in the store. Everytime I go there the employee is helping another customer (usually cutting fabric) while Im standing at the front of the store, at the registers needing to be checked out. Id like to see a larger yarn section too, very limited.

Had exactly what we were looking for, and it was on sale. I also picked up a pattern, which was also on sale. And they are having a big sale today so go check it out. Coupons are at the register.

This was my first time going to a Joanns. I must admit I was disappointed. They didnt have much yarn at all. And what they had didnt impress me at all. I went to Hobby lobby. My Ruana got finished.

Kinda expensive but if you have a coupon its great.

One of the smaller stores, but consistently clean and with good service. Not as big of selection, particularly of yarn, but still good options for crafts, sewing, and decor items.

Typical and okay after Xmas sale though sale items still a bit higher than sales in Michaels and Hob Lob. Staff attentive and helpful.

High prices topped with rude employees makes a terrible shopping experience. This was the first time that I had been here and I certainly wont go back. I can find anything they are selling here at Hobby Lobby for half the price. And the people at HB are at least friendly.

I drove over an hour to visit this store and get alot of Premiere: Sweet Roll Yarn. I showed up at 9:10. Since they open at 9 I figured they was open, I was wrong. I tried to open the door, it was locked. There was even a worker at the register! She still did not open the door. I waited in my car for an additional 20 mins, since I already drove an hour I was not leaving with out those sweet rolls! At 930 they finally opened! None of the workers greated you when you walked in, and one lady was just on the phone the whole time. Then to top it off the main thing I was there for, they didnt have any! Ended up going to another store because of my experience. I never leave reviews, but I felt this should be addressed. Not professional at all!
