Took boat in for carburetor cleanup and fine tune. Was told two weeks. Seven weeks later after several attempts to call. No answer ever. Several stop buys. Then I get bill 520.00 crooks! Then when I got boat home I noticed lower unit has a busted piece off the back of it. Just give a call if there’s any issues! Never answers phone

Got in and out as quick as could be expected, knows what they are doing, not to expensive.

Thought I needed a new prop, but was told I didnt just needed to hammer out the bent place and it will be fine so I did, put it back on and ran it and it worked fine Thanks Props plus.

I called them yesterday at noon trying to buy an impeller. They said they had it on hand, I said I would be there by 5 to buy it. I began calling at 4:30 no answer just to make sure they would be there.. I pull in at 4:50 and nobody is there. So I get up this morning and come up here at 9 and they are not at work even tho the internet page says they are open on Saturday’s.

I dropped my boat off with them 6 weeks ago and they said a couple weeks and it would be ready. The scope of work was clean carb and replace the oil reservoir with a pump to convert it to pre mix gas. After 3 weeks I called and they said the part was backordered but had shipped and Id be ready the beginning of the next week. That time came and went and then I called them every day for 2 weeks straight and they never answered the phone. So yesterday, I just showed up and what do you know, they had not touched my boat in 6 weeks. The part backorder was simply a lie and my transom saver was gone! The mechanic (whom I believe is an innocent party and a good dude) found me a transom saver as the owner Shawn immediately bolted from the shop as I was goin to hook my boat up. This owner is sketchy at best and possibly a crook. Do not use Props Plus if you want timely, courteous service!

The staff here was very knowledgeable. They seemed to go above and beyond with their help and insight. Prices were competitive. Only repaired and replaced what was needed.

They told me it would take 2 weeks to fix the transom on my boat. A month later I went to get my boat back because they hadn’t even started on it yet. James is unprofessional and obviously doesn’t care to run the name of the shop into the ground.

Did 400 dollars worth of work but didn’t check the compression on my motor. Had someone else look and one cylinder had 120 and the other had 80. Then they proceeded proceeded to tell me I needed a head gasket for it to run right. These people are a bunch of crooks

3 days turned into 2 1/2 months for general maintenance! And still has the same problems. Cost over 500.00!Would not recommend to anyone!
