Dr. Jacob was phenomenal!! I went temporarily blind from medication my PCP prescribed me and this place took extra care of me, after I got out of the ER! I’ve never been here prior to this incident. I’m so blessed that I called. He spent 3 hours with me and my husband to figure out what was going on. He was thorough, which is a rarity. I’m beyond grateful for this place. I went back the next day and a week later for him to make sure I was gaining my eyesight properly and my pressure was good. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, and thank you!

The BEST eye care team in NE Arkansas! The doctors and entire staff are friendly and well-trained. I feel comfortable knowing that they are using the most advanced equipment to catch any early signs of damaging eye diseases. Somer and the girls in the optical department are so helpful in finding the right frames and lens options to meet even the pickiest of needs (I require frames to fit properly with my narrow face and bridge of nose; while my husband needs something virtually indestructible).

I love Hilltop Eyecare. I have been using them for 12 years. Ever since my first pair of glasses. Dr. Jacob Moll always make me feel like he remembers who I am. He does a wonderful job working out my prescription and has easily alleviated my concerns when I had any. The optical center girls might as well be family. We know each others names and chat away the entire time. I often stay past my purchase just because Im too busy gabbing. Absolutely wonderful team. I will always recommend them if asked.

Went to a different opthalmologist and he said there was absolutely no prescription and nothing they could do anymore to help my 16 yr old daughters right eye and shes almost blind in it, we had gone to hilltop years before so I decided to take her back to them as the other wouldnt even tell us what her vision even was. The lady at Hilltop (I think her name is Michelle, shes awesome by the way) was absolutely amazing redoing her exam and got us glasses they just needed specialized lenses, and she said contacts would actually be GREAT for her eye therapy, that is what we are now doing.

Super nice folks! All of them! They have been my eye doctors for a couple of years now and I have been satisfied with them. But yesterday, I broke my frames. In half. Luckily someone had canceled an appointment for today and I got in quickly. I was due for an eye exam anyway. So I ordered new glasses and they took my old broken glasses, put the lenses in a donated frame! So I can see again until my new ones come in. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The threats of you must be here within five minutes or this is your last chance to get an appointment are not necessary. I am luckily I get these messages. These type messages cause undo anxiety and do not help me get her there on time and when she is well. Anxiety can and we’ll cause seizures in my child. Please rethink these comments and find a more appropriate way to convey your messages. Thank you

Overall decent experience. Wife asked when making the appointment what wed be paying after insurance (we know it may very depending) told us anywhere from $50 -$55. Which was fine. But when I arrived I was suprised with The doctor requires a retinal scan for new patients and its $49.. so that caught me off guard.. after back and forth on trying to understand what takes place in this she says or you can get dialation but doesnt mention that my insurance would cover that vs the scan, I had to ask. Other than that, staff was nice, knowledgeable, and facility was clean.

Everyone was very professional and very nice. They got me in right on time and followed all safety procedures to protect customers from covid. They explained the results of my eye tests thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Their selection of frames was great and the staff was very helpful and patient while I decided on the right ones.
