My husband and I have done business with them a couple of times. Prices are little higher then Id like but youd be paying that pretty much anywhere else. They seem to be great guys. No complaints. Their the first we go when were in need of guns.

Do not order online! They will take your money and and you will have to contact your credit card company to reimburse you while they go after them for the money.

Went to both shops on G Street and then academy before here. This shop had the best deal on the gun I was looking for AND another cool option that I ended up buying. The guy that works there was helpful and actually gave me other options rather than trying to sell me on the more expensive gun. They also didnt have the weird/unfriendly vibe that gun shops tend to have.

The guy behind the counter Im assuming is the owner was knowledgeable and friendly. I did not get the impression he thought he was any better than the next guy for knowing any less. Sold me a nice hand gun. Im also currently building my first AR, and I havent gotten any parts from him, but I will go back for my next purchase.

Ordered items was charged but never received tracker or items. Gary Gibbs kept promising then stopped responding Still waiting to be refunded as I have ordered elsewhere. Buyers Beware....

I went there to see if they could put my gun back together and they said call them in about 2 hours then I asked if I could get a note saying that they had my gun just in case it was stolen from their shop or they would claim that I was never there they got really upset and chewed me out for taking precautionary measures about my gun. It was my great grandfathers gun and it has been stolen before but we got it back so you can see why i would want a receipt from them. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going there

When you get asked repeatedly to come back at a certain time, day after day for what should have been a quick and simple service for a gunsmith, only to be met with excuses like being backed-up or got too busy, one starts to have doubts in their time management skills. The task was eventually completed though, so theres that at least.

If you need your gun worked on, you may want to go to someone else. i had a gun dropped off to be worked on in January and i just now called [3-12-2020] and he said he is backed up and should have it done in 2 or 3 weeks.
