Excellent service! I have had trouble in the past with getting my water tested, and being upsold on chemicals. Brad, Lauren, and April are honest and dont try to sell me chemicals that arent necessary. They have gone above and beyond multiple times, when pool equipment issues arise, to resolve the issues. I highly recommend this business!

I wish I would have went to them sooner. Very professional and helped explain everything to me about my hot tub even though I bought it from another place that was 1500 above their hot tubs. But the service in my opinion is unbeatable. Thank you ladies for everything you helped me with today!

Brad & Lauren have been a life saver for me. They are truly amazing at what they do and they do it with such friendly and professional grace. I have used their services with my in ground pool as well with my Hot tub for over two years. If you have needs with your pool or spa they are the ones to call. I recommend them with high praises. They are also reasonably priced for their services.

Lauren and Brad installed a liner in our swimming pool within days of us moving from out of state. We tried to get two other well-known NEA pool companies to give us quotes on the pool liner but both companies flaked out. It was so nice to deal with small business owners who know how to treat a client. Brad also assisted with the repair of a hot tub we bought from a company in Memphis. We wish we would have bought from Lauren and Brad because even though our hot tub was a year old and still under full warranty for parts and labor this company wanted to charge us almost $400 for a trip charge to fix a fully warranted tub.
