Rented a truck from here to clean out some old furniture from the house and take it to the local landfill. I was assisted by Steven during the pickup who was very nice and thorough in explaining the pickup and return policies.I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who helped me during the return but he was also very nice as well. The return process was also quick and I was out of there about 5-10 minutes after arrival.The rental base price and the price per mile were both very reasonable when compared to similar businesses in the area. Will definitely use them again when I need moving equipment.

I returned a cargo trailer this morning. The return took maybe 5 mins.I was met at my truck by Steve, he was friendly and pleasant. (He has a Bruce Willis look, to him..lol)We would definitely do business here again.

Steve was very rude and tried to insinuate that I would try to steal his truck so he asked for my lease of where I’m moving from and my lease to where I’m moving to. He also asked for 2 forms of ID’s as if my driver license wasn’t good enough. This isn’t the first time. I ended up going to Budget Truck rental it’s only 5 minutes away. The customer service there is great and the guy was very helpful.

Had the WORST customer experience of my life! All I wanted was a truck and a car dolly so that I could tow my car to my shop for repairs. Made the reservation over the phone, found a ride for the 20 mile trip to the store. Upon arrival I was ignored for 30 minutes while other customers came and went. Then, new restrictions started being added to my truck rental. I ended up having to provide two forms of photo ID, two major credit cards and the VIN of the vehicle being towed only to be told I could not tow a Chrysler on any of their equipment. I had to walk home. Those guys SUCK!!!

Steve and his crew are aggressively incompetent. Paid for a truck and car transport... had to call to make sure we are good to pick up... and they couldnt get it done...?!? Sent us to Harrisburg, bless the guy there for staying late and helping us get the truck out. He didnt have the trailer... not his fault, but scuba Steve and his mighty crews fault. Grow a pair Steve and do your job. I bet he also asks for government handouts. Use Harrisburg Uhaul, not Steve the pirate.

Great customer service. Good trucks. Very well kept. Would be better with power windows amd locks and air ride seats because of the terrible suspension.Again the customer service is excellent and very helpful.

If I could give them no stars I would. Lack of customer service. Not even lacking. No customer service. Better off going to a location outside of town if you even want to consider Uhaul. Extremely rude staff and can’t seem to even offer to help out customers if they can’t fulfill orders.

Me and 2 other customers were trying to rent a trailer. All of us had some reason a trailer wasnt allowed. We were Females and were treated as if we were dumb. same vehicle that I was told wasnt safe to pull a trailer, a male driver was able to rent a trailer with no problem!!!!!!!

This place was awful! The worst customer service experience. Steve is the rudest most hateful person. If your looking to rent U-Haul and want a great experience drive just around the corner to Ustore on Neil Dr!! They were awesome!! Bianca and Brittney were super helpful and very friendly!!

I FULLY agree with Derrick’s review on down the list here! Customer service is TERRIBLE at this location, and Steve G. IS extremely rude. Unbelieveable. I was just in the Red Wolf Jonesboro store and was asked by Steve G. if I had a Covid mask with me, or a mask at least in my car. Unfortunately, where I typically would wear one, I simply forgot this time. I know all about aseptic technique and using universal precautions as I work in the OR, so I’m pretty darn particular about this stuff. However, I was social distancing. When I stated, “Oh no, I’m sorry, I forgot it.”. Steve replies, “It’s Arkansas law and we have a sign on the door.”. Well, ok my bad. I apologized and turned to walk out. As I’m turning away, rude Steve G. says, “I do have the truck you were needing though.”. Jeeze! As if I’d rent a truck from this place now. I’m the guy that was just hassled in the parking lot, (review below) for simply trying to look at a particular truck! And hey, not only did the guy who hassled me outside NOT have a mask on, but TWO other male customers in the store didn’t have a mask on. I’m not sure what the heck is going on at this place, but it IS probably the worst U-haul store I’ve ever rented from. And I’ve rented from U-haul in several different states. Steve G. and team need some customer service training, desperately! And by the way Steve, the little 8x8 sign displayed on the door is the same dark color as the door, and it automatically slides away with the opening of the automatic door, therefore removing it from the customer’s view as they walk up. Make it bigger! Make it yellow! Get masks on ALL your employees if you’re going to hassle customers. Or at least look around and see, the TWO other mask-less male customers in the store!! CRAZY! Sure, I forgot my mask this one time. But it was the way Steve Garrett so rudely asked me to “go get one” and blountly telling me “it’s the law”. There were 2 others without Steve! Not even worth a 1/2 star.

We accidentally forgot to take our lock off our storage unit after we got all our stuff out, & normally they charge for the months it is still on there, but they waived all the charges without hesitation & were super nice about it! Definitely recommend this Uhaul the manager is just so friendly & kind!

My boyfriend and I move a lot for our job. We have used U-haul everytime. This is by far the best location. Im not sure what the guys name was but the guy helping us outside with the trailer was both efficient and extremely friendly. He was funny, caring and seemed to actually like his job which is hard come by. Definitely would recommend this location for anyone looking to rent any type of moving vessel. (His first name starts with a D last name T)

Life savers here. My personal vehicle went down right before 3 mandatory meetings for 3 different days. I needed a truck to be able to pull my trailer. Theyve had a vehicle for me everytime at the beat price.

Horrible customer service. reserved a uhaul and when we came their to pick it up they wouldbt give it to us after we coundnt reach an emergency contact right away despite never being asked to do so in the past and told us to come back tomorrow when were ready to move because of that?? we dont have a day off for the next week and today was our only day hense why we reserved it. absolutely horrible customer service and i can promise ill do whatever it takes to warn others and not use uhaul in the future

New management is great. Steve and Mike helped with a very complex issue our uBox experienced. No one could fix or even figure out the problem until these two took ownership of the problem and worked till it was resolved. Would be a 1 Star review if not for these two great staff members. We were extremely dissatisfied but they fixed things satisfactorily and honestly care about the customers. Additionally Keon (spelling?) was very quick to assist us with hitching and unhitching our trailer, another great staff member.

Place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Liars and cheats. Dont believe them when they say something will cost you less. Does no good to call the 1800 number they will end up pulling what they say you owe off your card.

My moving day was an overall awful chain of events; Steve at the RWB U-Haul location worked in tandem with another U-Haul office here in Jonesboro to get me in a truck. I was done way ahead of the time I had estimated and it cost less than I had projected. A big thanks.

They told me they would have a truck for me at 2pm. Went at 2pm, then they said they didnt have it cleaned, to come back at 4, then they told the truth and said they didnt have a truck and couldnt get one. They said they would give me a $50 refund for my inconvenience which I never received and even called u haul customer service and they hung up on me several times and would never answer live chat or emails. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

This has been the worst experience. I know it sounds dramatic but it’s been THAT bad.1. The brakes were not working right.2. A tire blew because it was too worn.3. The lock didn’t lock. Called and was told it’s a courtesy lock so basically tough luck. (Who wants to put all their belongings in a truck that’s not going to lock). My friend went up there and finally got a new one. Side note: anyone with a U-Haul lock key can unlock yours too.4. Roadside assistance had no idea how to get to the truck so I had to drive all over town in my car trying to find them because they “can’t read street signs at night” to tell me where they were.5.After working on the truck for a while they just handed me the keys and walked away. Communication wasn’t there. No idea if it was ok or not.6.Truck leaked rusty water from the top somewhere so a lot of stuff got ruined. They’ll tell you it’s water proof but it’s not.7.I missed work because I’m still having to deal with uhaul.8.They decided the truck needed to be towed. Fine. No big.9.Then the manager called to tell me that he was charging me for the tire because it was bent and charging me for the tow and he charged me for the miles AGAIN. Still haven’t seen a receipt or any paperwork on this but he charged my card before he even called. Not ok.10.Not once did it go over any curbs or off road while in my possession. The ruts that he claims caused it do not even look like uhaul tracks nor are they near wide enough. You can google anything.11.I had gotten the insurance. Their home office said it will cover replacing my things but for it to cover the tire it’s the managers responsibility to file for it. The manager says it only covers if I’m in an accident. Idk what to do there.12.He contradicted himself by saying that it was ok to drive it back myself and saying that there was too much damage to the wheel.13.You cannot get an answer and if you do they send you to a recording that tells you to go online. Took 8 hours to get roadside assistance. Luckily I was only moving locally.14.Even though I have photo and video evidence showing that I was not parked where the ‘’manager’’ says I was, he still refuses to take off the charges.Im still waiting for corporate to get back with me but I’m not hopeful considering how it’s all been so far.In summary GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

This place manager Steven Garret stereotypes people if youre not European and refuses to rent to City of Jonesboro, AR city workers if youre colored, not a good recommendation for establishing business. l wouldnt advise anyone looking to rent from this place due to maliciousness and racism of this manager.
