They are by far the BEST Medical Supply Comp in our entire state! Ryan is very understanding to ole hard women as Mr.Tim is the best, Tim cares about you and treats you like family!! I was having a temper tantrum an as I said Ryan and Tim got me taken care of, KEEP UP GREAT WORK and GOD BLESS ALL of YOU!!

Delta Medical gets five stars for courtesy but only two stars for service. My husband was dismissed from the nursing home on December 23rd and Delta said they would have a bed, electric wheelchair, and tall potty chair delivered to our house that day. Well, they were one-third right, they did have a tall potty chair and delivered it. They also delivered a standard hospital bed after being told my husband is 6 feet five inches tall and weighs 380 pounds. The mattress was 75 inches long and of course my husband is 77 inches tall. It was a week before Delta got the larger bed here and my husband slept in his recliner for that week. When the new bed was delivered the side rails didnt come with it and we still dont have an rails on the bed. The electric wheelchair still hasnt arrived and it is now the 15th of January. We dont consider this good service.

Delta showed up to the hospital when my mother-in-law was being discharged with all the equipment and expected us to take it home and set it up, saying they didnt service her area. All this after telling the hospital case manager they did. Also when they found out she had been on oxygen for 15 months already, they said they didnt want to service her because most insurance companies have a 36 month maximum they will pay for oxygen. They didnt want to service her unless they could use up the entire 36 months. So now, we are stuck trying to scramble to find a bipap machine for her on our own. Terrible. Anyone in northeast Arkansas or southeast Missouri should definitely choose their competitors.
