Very helpful service - made a frustrating day much easier!

Both times ive been they had what I needed. The first time was lovely and the lady who worked there was really helpful. The man I dealt with the other time was kind of condescending, but had my part

I called and the young lady told me what she needed to order my part for my LG washer. I dont care much for mother boards on new washers since it seems the newer washers go out alot as far as Im concerned. She was able to order my part and give me an estimate day on which it will be in if the trucks arrive on time. Ive been thru LG for 7 weeks now, and not sure if they will respond back (they always say this to me). I call Action Appliance Parts one time and BOOM I got my part ordered without the delay unlike LGs help at all (warranty my foot). Thank ya Maam . See ya Wed or Thursday.

My elderly parents use this service when they have had issues with their refrigerator. The service technician (Doug?) is always very honest, polite, and patient with them. This means so much to me! Thank you!

Guy at the counter needs to learn some manners and people skills. I sent my wife in for a few parts today, and he proceeded to tell her that she doesnt know what she was talking about. I gave her all the part numbers she needed, but he continued to belittle her. Will not be coming back.

Thought I needed a resistor for my dryer. He checked it and it was good. Told me what to look for. He was right and I fixed it with a drop of solder. Thanks for being honest.

I went in there today and asked if they had a part I needed all I had was old part in hand and lady behind the counter knew what I had right away service only took a minute Im glad they had it thank you

Had my part was more $ then the internet but I didnt have to wait which is good
