My experience with National Repair Center was nothing less than excellent! The staff there was very friendly and had great communication with me and gave me updates on everything. I got my Refrigerator fixed fast! I will definitely be going back here with any repair I need in the future. The ladies who talked on the phone with me were reassuring and helped me so much!

The ladies in the front desk were very helpful with my front load washer. They helped step by step on how to clean my filter out that i didnt even know i had on it and got my washer started again. Highly recommend this company for their kindness and patience with customers!

I was repeatedly text by an automated system with this company ...I already had an appt set up and they told me I didnt! The lady was rude and very unprofessional! After she hung up on me she continued to text me over and over! Ive never experienced a company that yelled profanity at me!! Horrible!! Now this lady keeps harassing me through text message!

Jessica mistakenly closed my parents repair ticket, after a part had been ordered for their washer. My mother has been waiting for repairs to be made to this washer for going on 4 weeks now. She called Lowes who directed her to Jessica at National Repair Center. When my mother called National Repair Center, Jessica was conveniently gone, and the manager was there. This manager...who may or may not have actually been Jessica...was EXTRAORDINARILY rude, condescending, and unprofessional toward my senior mother. If Joplin was closer, I would personally visit this establishment to advise them how to properly talk to and interact with their customers. Mistakes are one thing...mistreating a person is something else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...Id give zero stars if I could.
