I can not express how grateful I am for SOS Automotive. My father in law is out of town at a volley tournament in Joplin and his radiator blew out. I called around everywhere to find a shop that could get the radiator put in today and for a reasonable price. Not only was SOS able to get the job completed today, they were very well priced. Customer service was amazing. I wish I could give more than five stars. Thank you for getting everything taken care of. I highly recommend SOS Auto.

If I could give six stars I would. Just picked up my wifes suburban after having spark plugs changed out. Mark was great. He had the wires and plugs out before I finished filling out my name and address. Great service at a great price. highly recommend Mark and SOS auto service.

Mark is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely friendly and does awesome work. I recommend him to everyone. I have taken several different vehicles to Mark and he has fixed all of them. Ive had 2 cars since living in Joplin, and I wont take my vehicle to any other mechanic. As a new college student his process were fair, he called when something new came up and wouldnt do any work or buy any parts without my approval. My first car, he wouldnt charge me for his diagnosis since it was scrap metal from then on. Im currently waiting for his busy schedule to free up, so I can take mine back in because my car hates the cold. But if you want great service and prices with positive outcomes, you gotta wait and tough it out till he has time.

My truck hasnt been running right for months. I went to autozone time after time sinking money into it and nothing worked. I decided to take it to SOS and he had it figured out immediately! He saved my truck and my sanity, awesome place to go I would definitely recommend him 100%!!!!

While traveling on vacation our van had some issues that three different places could not diagnose, but still charged for diagnostic service. After being referred to SOS by another local automotive mechanic in Joplin, I stopped by SOS and Mark took the time out of a very busy schedule to assist me. After a few minutes of digging into the mess of my electric problem, he found the source (a broken electric connection that another mechanic had created when working on my brakes). Mark was a blessing for my family and I will recommend him to anyone in the Joplin area needing assistance.

We had a problem with our SUV while visiting family in Galena, KS and my husband brought our vehicle to SOS and he found the problem was a corroded cable to our battery. He cleaned the connection and fixed (DV) our problem. My husband said the shop was very clean and the man who ran it was friendly and professional. Thanks!
