This company isnt located at this location, it should be taken off google maps its not even a factory. This should be fixed immediately Its false advertisement. Their is a powersport company, but this isnt the name or the owner of it Factory Direct Power Sports should be taking down and go thru proper verification processes.

I am yet another victim of this company’s scam to promote selling power sports to the public and then taking peoples money. I am a single mom who saved up enough money to buy my children a golf cart to be able to ride around in and enjoy the summer even more but to my surprise be scammed. I purchased paid in full a golf cart from Factory Direct Power Sports by Xtreme Mechanix. I have yet to receive my golf cart. I have yet to receive a call back, email or text from Bryan Spruk, the owner/salesman who Sold me the golf cart. I’m beyond disappointed that people can feel good about themselves doing this! I will be contacting an attorney ASAP. Do not buy from these people.

I called several places throughout the United States about the Rover 200, and all I got was turned in other directions or told “we don’t have any in stock, call back in a couple weeks”. I was about to give up. Then I called Brian. He answered every question I had and made the “hesitation” side of buying a BRAND NEW model golf cart seem easy. There was a slight shipping issue(that had nothing to do with him at all) but all in all he made it right and I am VERY satisfied with my purchase. He takes care of you through the whole process and I highly recommend Factory Direct Powersports.

Just want to do a trade in on a truck I got from them And come to find out they bought it from the auction for wreck vehicles And found out it has quite a bit of undercarriage damage Now I know why I could not figure out why it pulls to one side I have all the paperwork from carfax to prove everything

I was quoted one to two weeks that a scooter would take to fix. after two weeks i called multiple times to get answers and either the mechanic was sick or did not to show up (this is straight from their mouths). No one was rude on the phone they just didnt know what was going on ever. after the third week of calling multiple times just to see the status/time frame of the scooter I was going to give them a half week and then pick up the scooter and bring it to another place that said they can get it done less than a week. My husband went to pick it up and it was finished. I never received ANY phone calls stating it was finished. Im not sure if this is a reflection of the whole business or just the people on the phone and do not want to offend Xtreme Mechanix. I just felt Id be doing a disservice if I didnt warn others of what could happen. I truly felt that they couldnt care less about me and as silly as it sounds over a scooter it is my friends only source of transportation to work. I truly hope that they can improve on their time efficiency/customer service skills and hope no one else gets forgotten about.

I had bought a convertible. On Tuesday the motor quit working and the top will not go down! So I just dont think they are very honest! And now 9 months later wheel bearings, struts,tie rods broken new emissions shut down no power! What a joke, but its not funny.

Took forever to get our power washer back and then charged us for what was supposed to be warranty work. Told us it had water in gas and charged us a hundred bucks after having it for a month!

Bad communication they had my mini bike for 5 months, they called once to tell me they were busy working on bigger money items. I had to paid to get it back and nothing was done to it.. Buyer Beware.

They had our weed eater for 5 weeks to try to fix it last summer there two months sent home broke took back this summer still have it wont give it back under warranty Sears wont replace an have all the implements to it an problem still not resolved . Do I report stolen since they wont return it so we can take to Joplin mower an have it fixed right so aggravating
